Bryan.
You hit a sore spot with the question about re-leveling. I am not familiar with MCI so I cannot draw a comparison, but I can tell you that as Prevost has evolved an 8 air bag suspension has gotten increasingly complex. The basic underlying principle of the system remains but even that has changed over the years.
Our first coach had 8 air bags, three ride height valves and about 8 Prevost installed Norgren valves to control the ride height or leveling. All fittings were compression.
Fast forward to today……….The coach now has more Norgren valves, each air bag location also has a ping tank, and all fittings are push in fittings which age and leak. So because of the changes we not only have almost double the leak points because of the changes to the systems, we have fittings that do have a tendency to leak due to age. At the age of your coach an owner is definitely going to be chasing leaks.
Having said that however once a coach has been made “leak free” by virtue of the replacement of fittings, old valves and old air bags it will have years of leak free service.

I had that happen to my 2001 Marathon and the computer for the teclink was bad the sell them at Staples for about $75.

I put shocks on about two years ago on my 2005 chassis we bought new in 2009. Roughly 45000 miles. It made a big difference in ride quality. I used OEM Prevost ones and the total cost for my XLII was less than $8000.
I would think you are ready for both the alignment and shocks. I don’t see why any Prevost shop could not do it, unless one has a better set of tooling than all the others for the alignment.

Jeff,
Found the module, finally behind a newly added wall in the lounge but the master code has been removed- somebody took the sticker off….I fund an identical replacement module from a 92 Lincoln for $40 on ebay that works and has the master code….oh well…
Back to the Webasto circulation pump….it seems to have a bit of a flat spot on the rotor or the brushes are worn on that 12v motor….I will take it apart to check it. Works fine for a while then it won’t take off when I turn the Webasto on after being off for a while…. if I move the shaft a bit starts spinning.
You said something about having a rebuilt circulation pump with motor ? Can you email me a price ? Thanks

“Dick,
You don’t have a def engine.
Tom”
I know. That’s why I don’t have to worry about that stinkin’ DEF stuff!

I think. Jon mentioned he estimated there were probably around 2k Prevost conversions on the road. So, if that is the case then if PC has 1700 registered users, then if you take out the ‘wannabes’ (like me) the nosey parkers and those who just have an interest in Prevost, that probably leaves in excess of 1000 actual owners. A 50%+ owenership penetration. Not too shabby! Doubt POG or the new boys on the block can hold a candle to those figures. Looking forward to making it 50%+1 in the near future.

Diane,
I didn’t want to say his name as he doesn’t post here a lot but does a lot of reading. If he wants to identify himself, that would be great.
I just wanted to make a point that I met my first PC member. I also realized that this is really a very small group of people and some people like to be anonymous.

I don’t know why the picture I uploaded is not appearing in this post. I located a valve, looks something like a clean out valve, just before the fuel filter. Has a small knurled knob that could possibly be opened with pliers. Does this sound like the valve you were suggesting to open?

When all esle fails you can run the engine. The OTR will keep you plenty warm and the alternator will keep the batteries charged.

Thank you Jon. I will go give your procedure a try. If nothing else, it will be good entertainment for the truck drivers here at this Virginia rest area.
