Michigan does not restrict travel between out of state residences, but restricts in state travel between 2 residences(say home an cabin up north)

We traveled from Mesa AZ to Milwaukee area ten days ago.

Very little traffic on Interstates. Solid truck traffic. All truck stops open. We stayed overnight in rest areas; ample room.

There is a furloughed professional entertainer coach driver living in the Orlando/Polk City area who has driven at least coach from Florida to Iowa. Let me know if you’d like his contact information.

Jon, simple. I want to be dry camping at a 4 day dog show and be sure everything stays good in the bus if I’m gone most of the time and/or going in and out frequently.

I don’t mind running the generator when needed or advised (no air conditioners on inverter) but I don’t want to run it all day “just to be safe”.

My big deal is auto start/stop. I would like the electronics take care of things and not rely on frequent visual checking or running the gen set just to be safe.

I know you like to be in control. Just like a thermostat controls HVAC, I want an auto start/stop control my generator and protect my batteries. Simple.

But the problem still exists for 2010 and newer coaches (VIP) because of a supposed regulation on allowable light levels. My 2011 had it, and my 2016 still has the exact issue the OP was talking about.

DThomas, I was right with you in everything you said until I re-read the part where you seem to suggest that it is serious because our political leaders say it is.

I have never had an issue with overgreasing, but my procedure has been simple.

I squeeze the trigger on my air operated grease gun and when I hear the pump pulse once, I am done greasing.

I’m lazy and getting lazier and I want to avoid making work for myself so to protect my moving parts but not create work I only assure myself the part I am lubricating has the bare minimum of grease. So far, so good, no locked calipers, no split dust boots, no need to take stuff apart to clean up a mess I created for myself.

“Professional” grease jockeys will not listen to any advice about over greasing.

BTW, on edit it should be noted each fitting on my bus gets is required shot(s) of grease every 5000 miles so I am meeting or exceeding the Prevost schedule.
