Hi all, While working on my cruise airs I was stumped in trying to find a way to get to the forward unit. Dick suggested to drop the front bumper by loosing the two big bolts and see if I could get in through there. He was right, lots of cool things back there, so while cleaning up the first cargo bin I noticed beside the tool box behind the passenger wheel, two panels I had never seen before removing them I found a wrench and breaker bar. The wrench fit the Bumper bolts on one end and wheel lug nuts on the other it looks like at one time a jack was there also but was taken out. Does anyone know of any other hiding places with cool suprises. I am amazed with this old girl and the secrets she holds. Thanks everyone for helping with problems and uncovering new things

Darrell: I find it rewarding that someone who lives north of STH 29 in Wisconsin follows my suggestions. It reinforces that from time to time I know what I’m talking about.

I haven’t found that trap door yet in my coach, but I will look for it!

As far as anyone on the Forum telling you where to find the other secrets of your coach, you’re probably out of luck for a while. No one should discover all the secrets quickly. Its kinda like what my Dad told me on prom night as he handed me the keys to his Old 98 Luxury Sedan …

“Don’t live your whole life in one night”.

Don’t live the whole experience of your coach in one week.

For years I have advocated that coach owners would do themselves a world of good by opening up access panels and seeing what is behind them.

It is amazing what an owner can learn if he actually makes a small effort to understand the coach.

Thanks for the advice you’re dad sounds like a smart guy if you’re Liberty has a tool box pull it out and look to the right on the wall behind the passenger side tire. That’s were I found it. And yes I do listen to your advice I think you have been doing this longer than me so it helps when I get into a jam.

    Thanks
