The wiring is 12 volt for these lights. 12 volt halogen was too bright, and too hot (heat). The cure was using a 24 volt light bulb powered by a 12 volt source.
Changing to LED 9 bulb 1 watt is amazing. More light , heat not even consideration with LED.

The servicemen from my storage facility are back from vacation so I spoke to the guy that handles the prevost and he said that the worm gear is stainless stell and is tack welded to the shaft and that the weld has likely broken. He said it takes about 6-10 hours to remove the assembly and get someone to weld it back to the shaft. He also said that there are no replacements parts or assembly so repair is the only option if it can be repaired. He said it is difficult to weld the stainless worm gear back to the shaft. He also said he may have to cut part of the window frame out in order to remove it. He said he would be willing to try jb-weld first just in case that should work since it would only cost me a couple of hours vs 6-10. So I guess I’ll let him give that a try and if it does not work then let him try to remove it and weld it.

Slowly making progress, found a leaking fitting on LR tag axle “football size tank”. And the 1/4 ” fill line going into the dryer, was leaking bad at the push lock fitting.
I’ve been airing up the bus so much with shop air, so I installed a regulator, filter and air chuck fitting .

Generally big displacement motors will not have glow plugs. The cubic centimeters of air space in the cylinder is to great to make them effective at heating the air to make fire.

Dean, your engine does not have glow plugs. Instead you have a block heater or the ability to warm the engine via the Websto.
The engine block heater switch is in the electric box in the kitchen area. For the Webasto to heat the engine the valves to and from the engine to the Webasto have to be open.
However, it is a good idea to wait for the CEL and SEL lights to go out, not because they are heating glow plugs, but because the engine computer is doing its thing to get ready to run.

Ben and Rick sound like great resources. Donnie Myers DMRV Services is Vantare’s recommended Florida service center. That should tell you a lot about his abilities.
Part of the remodeling that Donnie did on my coach was getting rid of the AMX system which was starting to cause problems and install a total new system. The new system has been flawless. My wife, who is not tech savy, picked up the remote after the new system was installed and operated all of the coach systems without instruction. We left on a four month trip and did not call Donnie once with system problems. That is impressive from my experience.

There should be a sticker on back engine door when you open it at least on mine it is !!!!!!!!
