Ok, I’m a Dumb As*4, slide are new to me, why do you open the toll widow before putting out the slides. The coach can’t be pressurized or some other reason?

    Dick,

I put Helium in my tires. Makes the bus lighter and I get better fuel mileage. Only down side is the pressure pro talks with a squeaky voice.

Aw gee, Colt, I was going to suggest you get a long siphon hose and suck on it real hard to get the siphon started to get the water out of the toilet. Glad Malissa got her potty fixed.

    Ron,

Per is a daredevil … we never go below 1/4 tank 🙂

And like Per said, Cruiseairs are powered thru Shore & Gen (4 A/C’s), or Inverters (2 A/C’s). We generally never run them off the Inverters since we understand it puts a good deal of stress on the Inverters.

Really glad that everyone and the pups are all okay, and that some good help was close by. The Prius driver is one very lucky lady…

I see from the add that you just installed the Elreg Air cooled alternator. I had just talked to Elreg the other day to order a new seal retainer flange and they had mentioned the air cooled one. Want to know your feelings on it as I’m sure all of us here get tired of chasing that oil leak every other year if not more often on the oil cooled one.

    Beautiful coach, BTW!

    Hi Ron,

We have had our 1991 H340 for 5 years and have not had any regrets for the purchase. We are not far from you in Forest City,NC if you would like to visit and chat. Our unit is not for sale but would love to show you what owning a vintage Prevost is all about.

A helpful hint. My Country Coach has a “ground fault” plug (has a trip/reset buttons on the plug) that is power is going through to power other plugs, in the kitchen as I recall. Unfortunately, the ground fault protector plug is located in the bedroom, along the bottom of the bed. If some of you AC plugs do not work, check this out.

This plug has tripped a couple of times.
