Thanks for the photos and tips, Chad.
That is exactly what I needed.

I just confirmed with Catherine’s. I’m still in.

The No Rallie-Rallie is still on! We’re arriving Saturday the 6th, departing Tuesday the 9th. Planning on a meet and greet Saturday evening, cocktails and byo appetizers. BBQ gathering Sunday evening on site, we’ll provide the proteins. Looking forward to the fun!

I got rid of the Cruisairs on my 1984 Liberty Coach (cooling only), but I still have two on my boat. My buddy (with the same boat) and I serviced our units a couple of weeks ago. His evaporator was missing the air filter, and had somehow managed to get beat all to hell. I swear the previous owner was storing barbells back there. I doubt this will happen on a Prevost installation, but this first picture is what you’ll see before you spend an hour with a bathroom vanity mirror and a small pick. The comb tool was just tearing the fins up, so I had to bend them back one at a time.
The second picture is from my undamaged boat, so not quite a reflection of my pick skills. The airflow on my buddy’s boat did increase substantially though.

Good luck. Keep in mind that if you figure out what the coach needs and the cost, the actual cost will likely be twice that amount! It’s worth it, no doubt, but it can be really scary at first.

quick follow up:
Does anyone know how to remove the black and decker spacemaker in a Liberty?
It looks as if they built the cabinet around it.
Ours works great; but we do not use it.
Thanks in advance.

Have not seen any new information so just checking to make sure this rally is still on. Trying to schedule next years travel plans and hope the rally is still a go. It will be our first stop of the summer travels.

Just lost the air bag on the front drivers side of my toad (2014 Jeep GC). $4,000 for parts and labor and that’s just the drivers side. Never dreamed the toad bags would be more than the bus.

Makes perfect sense, Thank you Bill.

Thank you Mike and Chuck, very much.
By zeroing out, do you mean bringing it back to a reliable state? I have seen that term, but never had it defined.
Thank you again. I appreciate all of the knowledge, and experience you all are sharing.
I think I have decided to continue looking and learning for the next year or so. My late father , a brilliant chemical engineer ( born a poor farm boy in Indiana) told me many times, knowledge and cash are power and freedom all tied up in one.

Footnfan 1, 5K miles per year is not much of a sample size. You might be better getting numbers over a 3 or 4 year span which would put you in the 15-20K mile range then working backwards. Since pretty much zeroing out my bus i have put almost 5K miles on and all i have done is change the oil once. I am sure as the miles continue to rack up other expenses will pop up.

The relay buzz wasnt related to operation of fridge, just the operation of the light on the dash while driving.

I went on inverter power over night and the fridge worked fine, no drop in temp
