Just to be clear, I went with all 24V Li batteries because the original ones installed did not like the parallel / series cabling and eventually they shut down because they weren’t charging properly. Relion’s literature said the parallel / series connections were OK, but it wasn’t and to their credit they stood behind the replacement.
I’m in my fifth year with the switch to Li for the house and if the charts are correct I have about another 14 years to go before they need replacement.

Jon:
The sensor’s are about at or slightly above the fill hole and mounted internally, the differential would have to be disassembled. Don’t have the shop or tools to do that.

Jeff:
I hear what you’re saying but, my brake tanks are holding at 120 PSI so the aux tank can’t be leaking back.

I’ve had a tool like that for decades and many years ago posted on here (I think) about its use and benefits.

Three years ago I contacted Marathon, told them my budget of 600,000. and never had them follow up. With watching the dealer grips on You Tube it does not surprise me.

How many amps at that Voltage?

Art, pushing the batteries to 100% all the time will eventually harm your batteries. They don’t need or want o be at 100% all the time. On my Victron system, i can set my 100% charge to actually 90% of the capacity, same with the low end, I can set the cutoff at 10% to prevent an accidental full depletion.

These days our long trips occur in the spring and fall.I take it for 40ish mile exercise runs once every month between trips. When we get home from a trip the house batts aren’t at 100% since the house alternator operates at about 13.6v. So I just leave the 12v house master switch on for as long as it takes to lower the voltage to around 13.1 volts which is about 50%.

For all of us that have owned fiberglass coaches you know what flex is, alot of windshield problems cracks pop outs slide problems, one of my old RV customers had a new Winnebago Tour with full wall slide and he wanted me to adjust the slide because it was rubbing on the short wallbehinddrivers seat and it had a big scrape in glass from rubbing, I had him lower jacks and where it was hitting the gap was almost a inch wide, It moved that much, Jack instructions said put jacks down before slides are opened, so I told him leave it on it’s feet and bring slides out, then level coach problem was gone. Prevosti’m sure flex a little but not enough to even see problems even with slides I bet you can’t see gap problems. My Foretravel the door was sticky when it was twisted even a little.

You guys are all on the east Coast. Way too far of a drive for me.
