Oh my 86 CC manuals that is going to be tough. I have a 92 CC, what are some of your questions?

I purchased this during a remodel so I have not been able to track all and how things work. I was in it the other day and just had it running to turn the drivers heat on and it’s not as simple as sliding the knob to heat?! It’s just the little things that without the procedures manual it’s tough. Is there a number I can text or call you? I’m out of Illinois

Yes, we can talk tomorrow, Dash Heat from the engine would be chassis related. Sitting in the seat, down by your right shin you will have 4 knobs, Heat/Defroster/ Vent/Recirc and the there will be a heat and fan speed knob. If your engine is up to temp and you are not getting any heat, make sure the valves are open on the drivers side of the engine in the engine bay between the radiator and engine block. There are going to be 2 or 3 of them, mine has 3.

I was able to locate the two water gate valves back by radiator not sure if there are anymore?

Did it make a difference? My CC has three, two red rotary gate and a 90 degree style, make sure all are open. Send me an email with your phone # and a good time to call. I still have a JOB but can sneak away to chat for a few mins tomorrow morning if you are avail. Did you pull the panel off the dash next to the stairs when you come in? there is a blower motor in there and you can feel if the lines are warm when the engine is up to temp. There is also a valve under the front bumper compartment that opens to circulate the coolant thru the front dash to get heat and defrost.
