Is that a Carrier O5G Bus 41 CFM like on the older coaches? . I bought a Carrier unit with Pulley, Clutch assembly and found out that’s all mine needed at the time was the seal. That’s where the leak was.. Had a place out of Waco, Texas replace mine.

I couldn’t find any nice large digital meters like you had, but I replaced all the meters in my last coach with digital meters that I bought on Ebay.

Not really. Doesn’t recoil as bad as my SW 44 Magnum. Of course I’m 6’2″ and 235 pounds of rock solid meat.

Jon – probably good advice. There are a few “Miller Agency” insurance providers that come up on a search. I’m assuming the one Don referred to is in Oswego, OR. Please correct me if not.
Looked at policies, boat with Progressive IS agreed value. Coach is not.

Hi Thomas,
We purchased our coach from Premium in May of 2019. We did not deal with Chad directly, our sales person was George Foushi. We ran into some title issues after the sale. We were not told upfront that the bus was titled in Canada and would need to be imported into the U.S. Premium along with an import broker helped guide us through the process to have the bus imported correctly with no import duties. It took over 4 month to finally received a U.S. Title.
Over all Premium did a great job, they fixed everything that came up in the PDI, but they could have been up front regarding the title. We would buy another bus from them, but we would ask more question regarding the entire acquisition rather than just being focused on the mechanics of the bus.
Best of luck,

to much trying to figure out. Need more info before calling Ken. Did discover it works on 50 cycles instead of 60. Gave up for today will recheck K-1 voltage out tomorrow. The way I understand the 60serries pre egr is 4 volt at 2100 rpm

I have owned the Coach for a year not sue if the previous owner did a transmission flush so maybe I will get that done what oil do you recommend to use in that transmission. I see you guys are talking about this issue in general discussion so that answer my question then on transmission temps and what oil to use. Thanks for the input. -
Ok, we’ll get it going.

Thanks Les, you bring up some very good points and I’ll ask a few questions:
– For a new Prevost conversion, to keep it in top shape, how often should I be prepared to have her in for service?
– For routine or maintence to address a problem that is being performed while traveling, what’s a reasonable lead time to make a service appointment?
– For preowned models, is there an independent service company that provides a full inspection and a fair evaluation prior to purchase?
– Do any of the dealers or other parties provide a full orientation course, (such as a Prevost 101 class) to prospetive purchasers who want to learn the ins and outs of operating and maintaining a Prevost motor home?
I hope I don’t wear everyone out with all of my questions!

I called back and got a different parts guy. Prevost does still sell the manifold valves and solenoids. I bought 2 valves and 1 coil as spare to carry.
I have not identified the norgren part numbers for these.

OK,so I just read Jon’s article about undertanding the coachs electrical systems. I thought I would be a challenging read, but was very suprised about how easy it was to understand the concept. Thank you once again Jon and everyone else who had input. It was a huge question I posed earlier and it was handled with the dignity and helpfullness rather than assumed eye rolling because another newbie doesnt understand.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Nope, I am not the only PC member who has experienced the same issue with the Sub Zero.
