My coach does the exact same thing. I find that if I tap the right side of the dash air controller with something solid, my iPhone seems to work best, the fan speed resumes its normal speed…until I hit another sizable bump. Then I have to tap it again. Glad to hear it might be a loose ground. Was thinking I was just on borrowed time with the controller.

I know this
may be hard to see but the fitting is at the bottom marked “in” and you can see
the hose is stretched or pinched at the fitting entrance and that’s why I think
its leaking.Where do you get the DOT push couplers?

Hi Bob, I had to replace my old
Splendide too, it would not drain anymore. I got the new one WD2100XC from a
place in TX for around 9500. It’s been working great. The install was plug and
play. I would highly recommend it. The new one has a vented dryer also so
you’ll have to install a vent line. I was going to try and fix mine but
then I figured if I’m pulling the whole thing out to work on it I might just as
well replace it. I can find the place where I purchased it from if you need the info.Fred

You might want to check with the guys at Country Coach. Yours is a relatively recent conversion so they may have the info if they don’t have the part.

I still have it. The Jeep and the F150 are both set up for towing. I just tow the jeep most of the time.
Congrats on the new coach!

Buddy is absoutely correct. Exit 68 to 411. After about 6 miles keep an eye out for both the ETCL sign and a Prevost Community sign and take the next left. ETCL’s gate will be on your left. The home of great service and even better folks!

Thanks Tom. You are exactly right. The switches are as you say. A lot to learn with new systems. That’s why I signed up for the Oct session at East Tennessee Luxury.

I hope this post finds everyone doing well! I wanted to pass along some exciting news!! We just consigned a 1989 25th Anniversary Edition Lamborghini Countach. For all of you exotic car lovers, this car was on the cutting edge of design for its time, and this vehicle is probably one of the best representations. Please check out the following link for more information.

As most of you may know or not know, our auction is an everyday persons auction, meaning that we dont typically get vehicles such as this, but obviousy our clients see the potential and our futurte at Lakeland! that is the reason I wanted to pass this along

I keep my barn door up (couple inches) to let the kitty cats we have out here roam in and out. Haven’t had a problem with them since I started doing that. Before trapped a couple after finding signs inside coach. They will get in if they have a chance. Building the log house out here a few years back, bought a new fifthwheel that had a sealed metal bottom and had it out here in the country and tried everything fabric softener sheets, moth balls, electronic devices and who knows what else and nothing worked. The old reliable snapping mouse trap was the only solution.

Jon,
I believe I have the Racor set up…. I definitely do not have two fuel filters that look like what you wiould expect.
There is a Racor? in line….. I will work on that angle…
I am still taking it into Stewart & Stevenson as soon as there is an opening…
Best policy is to have them put the electronics on it and check the injectors and other parts that could be involved. I am leaving the 31st to go to South Bend to see Texas whip up on Notre Dame…

Both of the coaches we looked at were Marathon conversions, although one was billed as an EXV and the other as a VIP, that’s why I was curious.
How about the toe kick heaters?

I have a home generator from Generac. It is a 40kw unit with a Vortec V-6. It uses propane, and feeds from the house tank (1000 gal). They want you to run the block heater all year around, which to me does not make sense, but they say with warm starts, there is less engine wear and tear. It runs every Saturday to do an exercise cycle for 20 minutes.
I do need it (block heater) in the winter as Jon has indicated…

We bought our coach from Parliment. On the drive home from Florida to Texas I stopped and weighed it on Cat scales w/1 person, 3/4 fuel, and less than1/2 in the other tanks.
Steer=12,720(14,600 is max);
drive=22,560(20,400 is max);
tag=6,060(12,000 is max);
total=41,340(GVW=47,000 + we can tow another 10,000= 57,000)
Obviously something was wrong. The tag wasn’t carrying its fair share and the drive was overloaded. The tag air bags weren’t inflating. I got home, fixed it, then re-weighed it with 2 people in the front seats, 3/4 fuel, and mostly empty holding tanks
steer=13,120(14,600 is max);
drive=19,000(20,400 ismax)
tag=8,880(12,000 is max)
Total=41,000 (GVW=47,000 + we can tow another 10,000= 57,000)
