Try tighten the 4 long bolts that hold AC on, access them from inside coach up inside above air filter, gasket compresses and it will leak

The reason the location is important is between the turbo and intercooler on EGR equipped coaches the air temperatures can reach 500 degrees F.
When the EGR is engaged turbo boost will approach 50 PSI although the turbo boost gauge will only show 30 PSI.
With the heat of the compressed air combined with the pressure the hoses have to be capable of handling the pressure and heat and some hoses are only rated for 350 degrees or if rated up to 500 they have a duty cycle that limits how long they can be exposed to the EGR generated pressures and temps. The color of those hoses is blue.
While I am sure most of the time the Prevost installed blue hoses will provide reasonable service they do have a duty cycle. The safest hose to use are usually those red or orange in color rated for 500 degrees continuous duty.

At Super Bright LED there are bulbs with 10thru30 volt rating.
Your bulb pics are narrowed in length of bulb to fit in your existing holder. Choices are how much light your after…LED
This way you maintain the same socket base. I saw several choices in the specs.
Forget must have wire ends. I narrowed my choices down, ordered one each assuring working in existing base.

George, Perhaps a brief explanation is in order. The event started by accident when three coaches heading to a rally in TX met at Mobile to overnight before caravanning to TX for the intended rally. Because a lot of oysters were consumed that evening it was posted on a POG forum that it would be fun for coach owners to meet again in Mobile for the purpose of eating even more oysters.
It grew as a rally that wasn’t a rally. In other words, no agenda, no one responsible, no purpose other than for coach owners to meet at an RV park on a certain couple of days just to enjoy each other’s company and to eat a lot of cheap oysters.
It grew into an annual event and at some point PC picked up the tab for a pizza night, a really nice catered meal, we handed out a goody bag, and had some technical sessions one of the mornings. PC collects some money from members to help pay for the costs. Some of the PC advertisers also contribute so the pizza and catered meals are provided, but the Oysterfest annual event is still a rally without a real agenda. Tom and I have been trying to back away from rallies and rally management, but we like attending.
However, it has a real value. Its greatest value is a bunch of us who are PC members come from all over to enjoy one another’s company. It is common to see a bunch of lawn chairs all together and each of us bragging about our good looks and telling other lies. But we are also wandering around poking our noses in other coach engine compartments answering questions, giving advice and (gasp) sometimes even fixing stuff that is broke.
We are blessed to have some really smart members like Rudy who is an Aquahot expert helping people and sharing his knowledge. Jeff from ETLC is running around like his hair is on fire helping folks with problems. Tom of course is trying to sell batteries and TPMS from Pressure Pro. Apart from the above technical stuff this event is like an in person forum with the same conversations and advice, except we are all together in one spot and sometimes meeting people face to face for the first time.
What needs to be understood is what PC is. We are not a club or special interest group. We view ourselves as the single meeting place for all Prevost conversion owners and enthusiasts for the purpose of accomplishing things a less populated group cannot do. As examples our fuel programs, tire discounts, NAPA discounts, etc likely would have never come about if it has not been our strength in numbers (now about 4350 members) and it is not our intention to do rallies that compete with all the Prevost special interest groups and clubs who use them as revenue sources. Oysterfest might be the exception because of its long history but if it is promoted heavily and the number of attendees gets cumbersome Tom and I cannot handle it without help.

Would consider marketing this event.
I would need a lot of info on what happens there and stays there.
I am a newbe and interested but need to have incentive to drive 600 miles to be a part of the rally. I understand it is a history event but I don’t have the history book with this event.
I am not trying to be critical just trying to get info on what looks like a rally competing with other events that may be worthwhile to attend.

The way you said it Bill was the lack of IFS would be a deal breaker. Our coaches are so much more than a tighter turn radius that if we used that as a main reason for buying or not buying a coach a whole lot of very nice coaches would be by-passed.
You must have a far greater sense of how a bus feels or handles than I have because I can detect zero difference in ride or handling between solid axle and IFS under any or all conditions except the turn.
As to turn radius you make it sound as though a solid axle coach is all but unmanageable because it won’t make sharp turns, and yet I have 22 years of solid axle experience on 40 and 45 foot coaches and somehow managed to get into sites in RV parks despite the apparent handicap. It is nice to be able to make sharper turns, but not mandatory.
Tom nailed it. I really liked the simplicity and economy of a solid axle. I wish I had one now.

Anyone have opinion on Foremost Ins. ?
I have not had a claim but the agreed to acceptable value and the rate was less
than I was quoted for Progressive thru Miller.

Inspection, Inspection, Inspection, from a reputable, competent person or company capable of doing a comprehensive inspection, using the proper inspection check list. It will cost you some money up front, but the amount it will save is well worth the money.

Glad to hear your checkups are coming back with good news. Anytime you miss the air ride or better yet miss working on a bus and chasing air leaks you let me know and I will come get ya and we can “air ride” anywhere you want.
I celebrated my 49th birthday working in Reno last week and got the call that my 59 year old older brother passed away from a massive heart attack… kinda puts things in perspective… so I’m thinking it might be time to step back and smell the roses a bit more than my current role and responsibilities allow.

Ten hours is a good length of time 4 8ds will go about six hours with the fridge and freezer on and get to about 24.5 that’s on my coach
