#1 on that list is interesting. I guess the success of any of these is whether or not the item one was trying to remove was removed. I have never had the opportunity to try multiple brands of penetrating oi, usually i snap the stud after trying the first one.

Had two pros working on the house who ignored this. Two others gave quotes but didn’t mention this was a danger. I found it when checking for frozen pipes in crawlspace.
Now I do my own work with consultation of library books.

My plan was to drive up there (I’m in Charleston, SC) and take a look at the bus, but yes, driving it to RTLC from there with John makes sense. My hope is to get things fixed within the purchase period so I can finance those repairs into the loan. Yes, I’m not paying cash. Spare me the financial advice please.
Josh, thanks for the quick response…I’ll give you guys a call on monday.

John Hawkins recently brought a 2002 Featherlite H3 to you guys for an undercarriage survey (his words). I’ve been discussing the bus with him for a few weeks. Do you recall the bus? Did you guys do an inspection like a full PDI? Can you share with me any findings that would be necessary to repair or look into? I’m going to be going to visit it soon and will likely bring it by you guys if I am encouraged by it’s condition (and see if it can be driven to Prevost Nashville too for a full inspection etc.).
Thanks!
Andy

Thanks Don, I appreciate you checking that out for me. I’ll check my temps out with a thermocouple on a borrowed Fluke. Our pressures seem very comparable though. The ambient was in the mid eighties when I got 210/35. It cools just fine, the only problem seems to be the high level in the receiver. I’ll check the static pressure as well.

Any info on where the trailer brake would receive its signal?

CC definately has a 208 tank in the 1988 we owned but it’s becoming pretty clear that our 1998 only has a 160 tank. Not a big deal, just have to add a few extra stops when we are making some of our longer trips (ND to Paso Robles) but we still try to keep the daily drives to around 350 miles so it’s only a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the coach with the 208 tank only got 5.5 MPG and the new 160 tank gets close to 7 MPG so the total miles driven between fill up’s is pretty close.

Chuck… GLAD TO HEAR no cabinet design changes will be done 🙂

Rincon does require reservations.

Yep, that’s that place, just could not think of the name. They were supposed to be going to reservations required setup. Do you know if that ever happened?
