Jon, if heaven cares about unequalized batteries, I’ve got no chance, despite my diligence.

Although we only know you through the forum, we will remember Mary Ellen and you and your family in our
prayers.

Yes Bob. Have a lot of friends at B&W.

Looks very nice, Davy. I hope we can find a place like that sometime in the future. I’m sure you’ll really enjoy it if/when you slow down a bit.

“For those of you who speak derogatory of “plastic” coaches, with it’s fiberglass construction over a metal frame, the H3 would fall in that category.”
I’m a Newbie to the site, but most references I’ve read on this site regarding “plastic coaches” are to simply distinguish them from a Prevost. Specifically, a Prevost is a true Steel Monocoque structure, unlike the normal coaches which have a chassis like Spartan or Freightliner, then build a box on top of it.
I “think” the siding on an H-3 is thicker than SOBs, but I’ll let someone with more knowledge on this weigh-in on that, although I know the H-3 is all stainless steel under the skin.
I’m also in the market in the next six-months and am considering an H-3 vs XL/XLII. Good luck with your decision!

Clockwise 3 turns sound right to you? I’ll try the HVAC store this week. Thanks.

Any wrench will work just fine. The tool I use has two ratcheting ends and has 4 different size squares depending on which end and which side you use. I would guess and industrial HVAC store would have that type wrench.

I’ll take the other side Ken. Us Angola guys got to stick together.

Andy,
If you wish, start the thread. And if you form a committee and wish to contact each group you can use our forum for the group’s discussions.. If as a group you want to work behind the scenes but have a common meeting place we can make use of the private forum that is not being used to the extent intended. We can make it yours for the purpose of pulling everyone together for conversations in one spot.
If you need it we can ask Prevost or one of our converters for names and contact info on every known group.
As Tom said we both have our plates full right now, primarily with the seminar, but other matters as well. I think by early fall we can be both available if we are needed for anything.
One observation………..Prevost Community is not a club, group, or any kind of social organization. All we view PC as is a common meeting place for all Prevost enthusiasts and we hope it has members from every club, group or organization that exists. Nothing has changed since Tom and I created PC. We just want a place where we all can come together to take advantage of our collective strength. That may have to be repeated so some groups out there do not see such a rally as a PC rally. We really don’t care what it is called, or who pulls it together. But as owners of a Prevost we know if it can be made to happen it will be awesome.

I have a “summer in Daytona” manual as well:
0700 Wake up
0715 Take a shower
0730 Towell dry
0800 Eat Breakfast
0815 Towel dry
0900 Towel dry
1000 Grab fresh towel and dry because the first towel never air-dries 🙂

Gary,
Thanks so much… we have an appt at Prevost Ft Worth on way to OKC so maybe they will have a copy I can have.. I did find some info on the servicing in my one bay full of those huge cataloges that came with the bus.
I have spent a couple of days going through them and did find some stuff that I needed to know and made some copies to keep separately inside the bus such as the wiring diagrams etc.
Can’t wait for OKC… see you and Megan there !!
Cheers, Diane

I was all set to admit that I agree with Jon till he said to go braless. I had a bra made up over at lazydays in tampa because I hated the dings in the stainless. the paint dings you can fix but that stainless shows every little ding. the bra can be a pain at times but overall its much better than the three M stuff. i had that on a previous coach and it was horrible. It was a real pain to remove too so get yourself a bra. just stay right with the guy if you have it done by wade at lazydays. They dont follow directions unless you stand on their shoulders.

You see the picture Truk posted. I was able to add a 50 foot – 50 amp power cord from inside stall #1 under the overhead door .
They never saw the new Winnebago quad slide parked inside.
Bernie…I’ll get everything ready for your visit. Let’s see upon arrival ;
Complete bus wash and hand wax
Complete engine room detail
Kansas City Star newspaper by 7:00 am daily
I’ll have the limo coming at 5:30 pm driving you and Deborah to the Hereford Prime Steak House about 1/2 hour away.
Did you want wine or beer to sip on while in route ?

Sid,
We had the same problem with our washer at home. It eneded up being caused by the door latch. Replaced the latch, working fine ever since
