Les, I have a strong feeling I will get money from you long before I get any from Tom.

Most converters have built the rear closet cabinetry and floor over the engine so with some disassembly thefloor can be removed.
Along with unscrewing the cabinet structure it might entail lifting the carpeting, but so far I have not heard anything that entails saber saws (sawzalls) or any destruction of the floor or closet interior, but I have heard the labor to open up the floor may run several hours because of all that has to be done to get to that point.

Dick, I started using it when I got algae in my tanks.
It was recommended by Al Herman and it worked great.
Used it in both coaches and their generators.
Also helped with the Webasto, burned cleaner and less smoke.

Help me understand
You say you use the pumps for your water use use. Can the water supply be used to source the internal water use and not run the pumps on the coach?
-
I think, don’t know, there is an internal pressure regulator in the coach. A call to Royale Phoenix could confirm this. I always use a pressure regulator. $10 at WalMart. Simple cheap insurance. In my Royale there are two water filters behind the water softener, hard to get to.

I would run I-90 to I-86 to I-81 the up route 12 to Norwich. I-86 is very doable and I wouldn’t hesitate to run it in the western half of NY. We were just on the west end of the Thruway and everything that was said about it isn’t even enough to explain my feelings about it. I did, however, read somewhere that they were now working on that section. Awful.

We’re all signed up and excited. I even had the oil changed in the bus for this trip!
Cathie’s son is getting married in Denver on Friday, October 5th. Consequently we won’t arrive in Albuquerque until Sunday afternoon.
I think we have paid reservations starting Friday. So if anyone is interested in Friday and Saturday night if it’s OK with Triple Foxtrot and the Resort we’d be interested in selling those nights. I won’t ask a premium, I’m just not that kind of a guy. I will offer modest (with some emphasis on “modest”) discounts to PC Forum members, rivet coach owners, Liberty owners, and any other NASCAR Xfinity licensed drivers. If you don’t qualify for an automatic discount, you’ll have to have your best negotiating skills ready.
My email is open. Just email me.
Thanks to Fred for putting this deal together.

The coach has air operated dump valves for black and grey waste.
These lights come on when the valves are actuated to the open position.

Blake,
When they took the flat tire off there was no oil leaking at that time? When they removed the wheel cover, was the bracket bolted to the axle? If so, they may have not put the bracket back on correctly or didn’t tighten the bolts causing oil to leak out at the axle gasket. Is there oil on the back side of the inside dual?

Harry, I do not know if you are safe or at risk, but I do know this. If you get a low pressure alarm on your brake system that is a major serious problem. Based on your posts I have no clue how you could have a leak that repairs itself, but you have something going on that is far outside anything normal.
Is your coach coming to ride height with the level low set for driving?
If it is not, from a low pressure start on all systems, will your brake systems reach 120 PSI?
Do your pressure problems arise when you release the parking brake? Do they go away when you apply the parking brake? Do they go away when you put level low in the manual position? Was the bus running when you did the DOT brake check?
How about starting again to give us circumstances about how the low pressure warning came on.
-
Harry, your bus is dangerous and should not be driven until your air loss problem is resolved.
I hope you weren’t kidding about the low pressure light coming on.

I don’t think this is Marathon Coach # 595.
Our coach is #592 and our VIN # is X6738.
Our coach is a 1999 Prevost and a 2000 Marathon.
This coach’s VIN # is 2PCV33493X1012729 – so X2729, which would be earlier than 595.

If you are lucky, Coloradobus will have some history for you.

MemberSeptember 10, 2019 at 10:16 pm in reply to: Trying to remove cabinet behind drivers seatHave you tried looking under the driver’s seat? One way to mount a box is to first fasten a block of wood to the floor with screws straight down – then drop the cabinet box down on top of it. Then on the side under the seat, drive screws horizontally into the mounting block.
The false bottom just hides the mounting block.
