Agreed. We put about 25K to 35K per year on ours for a variety of uses and it has fewer issues when being driven. Like a race horse that has to get out and run a bit.

I love my Auto Level system, we just got back from a 2K mile road trip with another couple, they have a class A with Leveling jacks, nothing better that parking, flipping the switch and it levels itself. Very nice feature in these busses. There was one spot that was a bit out of reach for the air bag travel so I moved the bus over about 2 feet and it was happy.

Most Prevost conversion only have 3 airs and all 3 can easily be run on 50 amp service. You might have to keep an eye on what else is running but should only be a big concern on the very hottest of days (like recent TX weather). There is a great RV park just South of Spring but I doubt their 50 amp service would handle 4 A/C units plus all the other things going on in our coaches either. Check out Northlake RV Park.

You may want to get a TSA Redress Number. I fly commercial quite a bit and usually with firearms. Several years ago I seemed to be getting the 3rd degree on every flight. I filled a written complaint with TSA and they recommended getting a Redress Number. I did, and the problems slowed and stopped.

Do you have a working check valve coming out of the compressor?

Not sure about an “H”, but the XL’s are all setup with 4 12V batteries and they are wired as 2 12V banks plus the 24V output. That means that each set of 2 batteries (check voltages to ensure which are wired how) is a 12V bank and could be charged separated or, with 2 12V chargers, each charged separately but simultaneously. I had to do this and use my car as the power source. Let the one bank charge up for a while and then did the same to the second bank. It took about 1/2 hour but she fired right up after that.

Darryl if you remove all the bulbs in the circuit take a meter and check voltage at each socket ,then give meter a separate ground see if different. Then add one light into circuit and check voltage if low give circuit a good separate ground.

Our coolant pipes are also painted (silver). I think they probably came that way. While the coolant was out we replaced the hoses with new (silicon) from Fleetpride. I used a very light coat of Permatex Indian Head sealant and it works great to eliminate leaks on the hose/pipe connections.
