Ceiling Lights
I have a 2002 marathon. One of the LED ceiling lights in the galley started flashing. I tried to replace it, like I have several other places in the coach, but the bulb I replaced is dim and the one next to it doesn’t work until I unplug the first one. If I pull an older one from elsewhere in the coach and use it in the first socket neither work. If I replace both with new ones they are both dim. I have used these bulbs in other sockets thru out the coach with out issues. The voltmeter show a little over 6V at the socket. What have I done to my couch?

Try to HOLD the button down and see if they are in the “dim mode”.

Daryl, go back in the closet and pull back the cover, probably curb side. You will probably see a red light on one of the fuses, that’ll be the problem. BTDT

I replaced the fuses in the node, they weren’t blown. No change.

It sure sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere in that circuit .

Darryl, the fuses I referenced are not in the node. They are in the long bank of fuses in the closet, when the circuit is on if the fuse is bad a red light will be on. Good luck.

Dan, I did check those fuses as well and the circuit breaker in back closet. All OK. Sorry I didn’t say that in my reply.

Darryl if you remove all the bulbs in the circuit take a meter and check voltage at each socket ,then give meter a separate ground see if different. Then add one light into circuit and check voltage if low give circuit a good separate ground.
