    Hi Robert,

We just moved a bunch of stuff from storage and my manuals are in there. I have to find time to sort it so it may take some time. I will get a copy to you if you can be patient. Thanks, Jeff

Thanks Robert. I understand. I do have the old style and mine has a timer device on it. I actually bought that one of Ebay a few days ago. I will repace it at some point but everything is functioning properly now.

As for the switches, I bought 100 of each type-(latching and momentery) I plan on changing them out panel by panel as some are in various states of disfunction.(darkened lenses, loose caps, sticking, etc.) I bought the chinese knock offs by Bomain. They look almost identical, work good and fit the same.

I can help you with manuals as i have all of them. I can take them to a print shop and then send them to you. Let me know if thats something that you would be interested in. Jeff

Hi Robert. I cant answer your question, but i am intrigued.

I have a 91 Marathon. Is this the board that interfaces with all of the non latching momentary switches throughout the coach? I had a couple of relays that were not latching on the board so i pulled those off the board and used a stand alone flip flop momentary pulse relay on them. I didnt know you could get a replacement board and i am wondering about the communication with it that you are referring to. Is this an updated board that allows control with an app or other platform? Please explain. Thanks, Jeff

My front is heavy as well. I dump the tag to raise the front up if needed. The canelever effect is a wonderful thing.

Yes, the field wire. Just be aware that if your chassis batteries get below 24 volts, the Ddec will shut it down. The computer needs a full 12 volts (1\2•24 )I personally would do a constant charge.

Remove the trigger wire from tje regulator. If that stops the constant charge, the regulator is bad. You can put a charger on the chassis batteries run off of your genetator to get where you need to go. If removing the wire from the regulator doesnt stop the charge, the alternator needs to be tested for an internal short or there is a shorted wire in the external charge control wiring.

I also would love to see some photos of that process. I have some panels with micro stone pings that i would like to press out. Im not sure if it would be worth the effort.

My guess is that the larger tank is an accumulator tank for your on board fresh water. This provides storage to reduce pump cycles and cushions the hammer from the pump starting and stopping.

The smaller one is probably for thermal expansion for the water heaters. Most systems do not require a thermal expansion tank because the pressure can expand into the cold water supply and accumulator. If a check valve is installed in the water heaters cold water feed line, the pressure will not be able to expand back into the cold water supply line and accumulator tank resulting in the saftey valve opening. This is usually why a thermal expansion tank is needed. Jeff

Edit: I mis-poke on the path of thermal expansion. I see no way to
