As a new owner let’s help put this in perspective. If when you travel the air pressure gauges aren’t cycling up and down on a regular (noticable) amount safety is not an issue so the air leaks fall into the “annoying” category. We all want air tight coaches. We don’t want our auxiliary compressors to have to run a lot and we don’t want the coach to lean or go our of level so that is why we chase leaks.
Enjoy your coach and worry about the important stuff, and keep the air leaks in perspective. You do want to address them at some point, but as long as your gauges on the dash aren’t going crazy up and down deal with the leaks at your convenience. Just keep in mind they will never get better and if they get to the point where the engine compressor is working to maintain pressures they have become an issue that needs attention. Our engine driven compressors are rated for a 25% duty cycle so if you think the compressor is running more often deal with the leaks.

Florida recently made flashing headlights a safety concern and passed a law banning the practice. Hmmm, I wonder if they can keep their law as they made it specifically safety related.

I am following all of this with great interest as Karen and I are already planning our Wild West trip for next spring!!! I am taking notes so keep it coming.
The first thing I noticed about Portal RV Resort is it does not accept Class A’s over 10 years old. For many of us that would mean staying in the campground. Always pays to read the fine print.

Liberty guys will know a specific date but they haven’t made 40’s in many many years. I was on the search for a 40 foot Liberty XLII when I purchased my coach and learned the XLII was never produced in a 40′. We love our nonslide 40′ but I know opinions on this point are varied. Any coach is a wonderful thing. Best wishes and good luck in the hunt.

I think that fitting screws on back of gauge have you tried to unscrew that fitting from back of gauge I did mine they had push in fittings at back of gauge , took fitting off gauge and replaced with comp fitting….Looks like you could get wrench on it or or deep socket !!!!!!

Like Davy, I made up a little card for leg 1 and 2, then listed each item with amp draw. The better half now finds it real easy not to overload the leg by using the cheat sheet.

What I remember from my 2000 CC was these switches could not be replaced individually because the switches are on a board. All the control is in the ECM in the first bay with the mother/daughter boards.

Hoses are a generic item. Because of that anytime I need any type of hose I just bring the old one, along with a description of its purpose (fuel, oil coolant, air, hydraulic. etc.) to my local hose shop. I imagine in every city there is a shop that specializes in hoses and will fabricate an exact replacement. I have never failed to have one I needed made by the shop in Knoxville.

We will be attending. We live in Dallas and never gave thought to bringing the bus but it sounds like that might be fun. We attended his concert their when the stadium first opened. There was quite the party going on all around the venue.
Through what outlet did you acquire the bus parking passes?which lot are you in? What was your cost?

I own a ranch in wheatland wy two hours north of Denver you can come stay there if you want 50 amp power water and no trees to scratch the coach best of all no charge and dump station …Tom and Nancy stayed here last year we had good time …….

Already did a mapquest from Bryn Mawr to Jacksonville prevost…..looks like less than 40 minutes if I should need anything. Lots of help down there in Florida but where I live in Northern Michigan, at this time of year, not much help at all.

If needed Jim, don’t forget Prevost is in Jacksonville and I’m there now. They do great work and you’ll be real close going to St Augustine.
