I experienced a problem very similar to this, today. Took the coach for a short drive, took a walk, and when I returned, the low air alarm went off at start up. It aired up to 125 and stayed 95-125psi as I carefully drove back while watching both gauges drop, slowly. When I parked and put on the parking brake, I could hear an audible hiss near the right drive wheel. I did not listen to the left side. I don’t have a bottle jack or 20T jack stands, so I assume it’s best to keep it parked and get someone to come out for the repair rather than try to drive it somewhere?

The politicians and regulators are delivering to the public exactly what the public demands. It wants cheap prices no matter what the costs.
If we leveled the playing field by imposing the standards domestic manufacturers must meet on offshore companies initially prices would rise but if everybody participating in offshore business dealings would realize our domestic production costs could now be equal, we likely would bring production back here to the US. Imagine what that would do to our unemployment and welfare problems and costs.
Unfortunately it would not make our production globally competitive. The lazy company managers would still not make the effort to attempt to be competitive despite our regulations and laws.
In case anyone remains of the opinion we cannot be competitive just look at the automobile manufacturers not only producing their cars here, but in a number of cases are actually exporting that production. Honda, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, Subaru. All we need is for the planets to line up.

Thanks Mark. My brain was locked on a waste gate which pushes more or less exhaust through the turbo, which in turn controls how much boost. The VPOD adjusts boost by making the turbo vane’s position determine boost.
For those with Series 60 EGR engines max normal boost is about 30 PSI. What is not seen is when the EGR is working boost increases to 50 PSI, something not displayed on the gauge, but is seen if the engine is hooked to a reader. The VPOD controls this.

Yeah after letting mine sit through the Covid scare and a few things going south when I went to get it out of mothballs, gen set drops electric after about 20 or 30 minutes, OTR needs charged since last service, I’m getting tired of finding somebody that knows these puppies without driving hours to get it worked on. Did run it a couple times this summer, to get inspected and one a 20 or 30 miles trip to loosen it up and that’s when I found the Wrico problem. Called and they said regulator probably needs replaced. Never really used Gen Set as we run pole to pole, and has about 450 hours on the Kubota motor since new. Harry if you want another second owner, good runner with 97,000 miles, all Houston Prevost Level 3 Serviced, once a year, Holler. Don’t want to let it sit and more chit go south,, Will let you have it for half what you paid for yours..

Here is some information on tire valves;
- Valve cores come in a few different varieties — long (standard) and short (high performance); brass (standard); and nickel plated (for tire pressure monitoring systems). If your vehicle has a tire pressure monitoring system, you’re going to want a nickel-plated valve core, because brass valve cores within aluminum valve stems can cause corrosion.

If you do have to replace the refrigerator it’s not the end of the world, I replaced mine a while back, our old Whirlpool still worked but the hinge’s were really bad because of the heavy wood panels hanging on them. Whirlpool still made the same exact model but went with the black stainless doors. I did it myself with some help from a couple friends, Pulled out passenger side front windshield, pulled doors off refrigerator pulled it out, not that heavy 2 of us lifted through front then put new right back in, cleaned up cavity, I built a temporary platform same height as cabinet, then with a dolly put new refer op platform then slid it in, screwed it in, reinstalled doors. 22 year newer refer works much better and a lot more efficient.

Pull the codes on the ECM, see what it says. Stuck thermostat ? Low coolant ?
