No less than 2% for proper lube to u-joint. just a fact I picked up setting up new drive train. Ck Prevost manual like Jon suggested. Use last letter in your serial number plus last 4 didgets. That was drive shaft angle info. Bob

Ok the new link worked thank you. Wow… nice vents all around. I can see why you like them. My Liberty has “mirrored” ceilings so I’m not sure how hard it would be to cut through the film but I could use a couple of these vents in my bus too.

I have also installed the Silver Leaf dash in my coach. Your system is running on Windows 3.1 software and aside from the fact that you can’t get support for any of the software or hardware and if you have the Delorme mapping program tied into the PC like I did, the mapping data base is really old and completely out dated.
You can ck with Miles as previously mentioned or you might get some help from Nick Hessler, Nick is one of the engineers that was at Country Coach when they came up with this and he has some parts. Neck does this for a living so expect some cost involved. A really nice guy and reasonable on his charges. Cell 1-541-954-2452, (omnitech_nick1@yahoo.com)
The Silver Leaf dash is the way to go if you want a digital dash and don’t mind the cost, but as Jon has said that is a risk since all the data comes from one data point. You can also use their VMS PC software if you have some where to put the laptop pc. All the info comes from the same data point also.
Another option migh be the sofware and hardware that Ray Davis has come up with for the iPad.
I have been useing his package for about a year and it really works great. I thing he is close to going commercial with this pretty soon. You connect a wireless transmitter to the data port next to the drivers seat and it transmits the data wirelessly to the iPad.

Highlight the link on our computer and copy the address
Type the name of the link you want to post, something like Electric Cart and then highlight with Shift key & Mouse
After you highlight the Electric Car, the box above that looks like a chain will light up
Click on the chain box
Paste your link, but be careful to not duplicate the http://, I just backspace in the box to remove the http:// default
Your link will now be live

requires cradle change. 5 grand. min 10,000lb was standard hitch install. unless yours was a Entertainter coach or special order, by the way a new heavy duty 4 wheel drive pick up can go over 8,000. fwiw Bob

I carry a small Weber and 10 pound propane bottle. The grill is in a box with utensils in the 2nd bay. I have a fold up table next to the battery enclosure, in case the campground doesn’t have a picnic table. For me, this is the way to go. I’m not a fan of cooking too close to the coach, so I don’t think I’m missing a thing by not having the slide out grill. It did have dinner with a Liberty owner with the slide out grill that he removed and used an extension cord to operate it from the picnic table. I kind of like the idea on a slide for storage.
For me, there are just too many other features that would be far more important to my buying decision.

I have two opinions…….I think we need supplemental braking, if for no other reason than to minimize or avoid grief from law enforcement or victims we have rear ended. I have a dash cam for the same reason because far too many times I have had folks cut in too close and then for reasons I cannot imagine they step on their brakes. So while the use of supplemental braking systems are sold on the fact they reduce stopping distances, I have one because it makes me less of a target for law enforcement of lawyers.
At one time we towed a Ram 1500 and an H2 Hummer, neither of which was a lightweight. I used a Brakemaster because I could move it from vehicle to vehicle with no effort. Had I not had two potential two vehicles I likely would have used either of the two recommended, the M&G or the Air Force 1.
I don’t ever remember the tow bars or brake systems as outrageously expensive as they are today so before I went ahead and purchased one I would completely research what is out there and find out how easy or difficult they would be if you switched cars and if they had uses limited to specific vehicles.
