Dorel,
We had our sensors, which used the aquarium pumps, replaced two years ago with the pressure pads. If you have the pressure pads, you can take the panel off that the faucet is mounted on, and you should see the pads adhered to the tanks. Black and gray pads are mounted on the driver’s side, and the fresh water pads on the passenger side.

FWIW, those switches were installed by Beaver, not Prevost.

I would agree with Tom and go to a store that let me rummage through their inventory. Due to the multiple bends it might require a couple of hoses, cut and joined using a thin wall connector like a conduit or copper pipe.

My oldest son uses the window tint on his ZL1 supercharged Camaro sides windows dark, front windshield clear, he says it stays really cool on hot days way better then before the tint. I think he said it is a ceramic film of some kind. I would like to put it on my front windshield.

I don’t mind paying $133 a hour and I don’t even mind if there is a extra hour charged for unforeseen events or chasing parts but double or triple the actual time is not fair. I was charged 30 hours already for upper arms, front airbags,x2 tie rods, center tie rod,x2 torque rods,x2 front calipers and the drag link installed.
Plus a $625 alignment and $700 for a DMI to inspect the coach. I also service every fluid on the coach and the generator. I am pretty deep on repair cost and I am fine with all the repairs they suggested plus I added on more repairs because of age or since we already done so much I figured I would just complete the job.

Guess you all need to call old Ron Beverly at (972) 467-0513 and ask Him why you Boys are left out. My Christmas Card and $100 bucks I send Him every year must help.

You can also go to the Prevost Tools APP and the second from bottom in the leftmost column is “Parts Specials” that lists their sales prices. Air bags went off sale about July 30 if I remember.

I started the coach and let the pressure build on idle and the belts never tightened up so it must get it’s air from the aux. compressor. The question is, how do I get air to those belts so I can drive it? I do not see anywhere I can introduce air into the system to do this. I’m just trying to understand in my mind how this works……the aux compressor runs the air bags, the belts, and the toilet, bed, false floor and lock. So the compressor on the engine just operates the brakes. Am I right?

I can start the coach with the belts loose like that?

Mufflers are made be Nelson. It is a proprietary Prevost part # that they would not sell to me even though I am a dealer. We tried all the way to the top. It’s an unusual configuration that we do not have any base shells to work with to make one. I have some ideas that I might try when my muffler needs to be replaced.

A friend who works on really old cars swears by PB Blaster.
As another contributor pointed out, heat can also be your friend. The key with heat is to only heat the tube so it expands before the draw bar and breaks the rust.

Well, glad to know a few old farts agree… technology should be used as a tool not a substitute for training, skill, or experience. I’m sure it does allow some unskilled operators to get into trouble, but I don’t think that should be a reason to resist implementing improvements.
best

Thank all of you for the help. I did find a sticker was not sure if it was dash or bus air. buddy was helpful and said he put 6 lbs in his bus air but his coach is a 40 and mine is a 45 so I guess the sticker is for dash I will mark it dash thanks.
