    Art-

I noticed and wondered about that hose. Where did you get the braided stainless replacement?

I bought an ESCO BREAK-BACK, goes to 700 or 750 I think. It was close to $800 a few years ago. Couldn’t find anything in the price range you’re looking for.

Since I pull wheels occasionally it’s been nice to have. Much cheaper than a wheel coming off.

    Easy bolt on.

Original filler neck wouldn’t work. It was located where the new spring tensioner arm goes.
I found DD # 23523134 for cheap used on ebay. That’s what you see in the picture.
Rumor has it DD filler # 23517439 will work too.

    Thanks 47inter!

    Don-

    WOW! Very Cool!

Is it basically bolt on or were modifications necessary? Was your fill tube housing always where it is now, or did you move it over to the lower position to accommodate the auto tensioner?

just replaced mine, i used NSK EP30BD6227T12DDUKC01

    MA6L 908

These are a good quality Japanese bearing

Take Care when removing the retaining bolt in the centre of the bearing, i think its the lower one that is a left hand tread, have a look at the rotation of the pulley before removing the belt, you will see which one rotates anti clock, that one is the left hand thread

Winterstorm, Liberty installed a 110vac aux compressor to do exactly what you’re asking. It is powered thru your inverter(s). Be aware the more you use it the more often you’ll need to drain the water collected in the air/water separator(s). Moisture in the air system is destructive.

If you use another source of aux air, that air will need to be dried out before entering the bus air system.
    Fix your front air leak.

the ac testing leak finder. It is a thick blue liquid that comes with a swab. I’ll look when up to shop and post. It stays put awhile and detects slow leaks. Rectorseal Better Bubble==Product code 65554

There is another normally open pressure switch on the accumulator, 130-170 psi. Closes at >170 psi, open again below 130.
I’m don’t know if this is part of your issue?

    Mikesharper

Think of the low pressure safety switch this way. When it is in you hand it is open because the pressure is less than 15 psi.

Now, in the real world, when it’s installed in a normal healthy system it closes at greater than 30 psi and won’t open again until the pressure drops below 15 psi.
