Use the dicussion board “search” function for the reset procedure that involves the toggle switch by the spot light control, parking brake, etc. Tom provided several months ago when same thing occured on my previous 2003 Liberty. Can’t explain why it dropped the camera signal but following the reset procedure, it came right back…

They stopped making 40 footers because the old adage appears true. Size matters.
For all you filthy minded folks out there the size we are talking about is the huge increase of useable space that five foot difference makes and the market just stopped buying 40 foot new coaches.
The same thing has happened with slides. Once folks got the ability to increase the interior space with slides we haven’t seen any non-slide coaches in a long time.

Thanks, guys. I think both of you are referring to a blue paint, but my engine is mostly green, with a couple parts that are a grey/silver. Any idea what color(s) these are? I don’t think that I have any blue at all.

I was there last year for air suspension troubles, and can say they will work on your coach until closing at 2 am…. or anytime you are ready to sleep, they will roll you out to the hook ups, then back at it 7 am…. I was there several days and can say the service and attention to detail were the best. Seems they give us bus owners priority when we show up with a problem as i was there without an appointment….

Hey….Thanks everyone for all the contact info!
Yesterday we picked up Bus 13 and immediately took it for new tires. We were shocked to see that the old ones were date stamped 1997….whew. Then we spent the night in an RV park to begin our process of figuring out the switches….and making a list of what works and what doesn’t. (Our deal…was a grab and go). There are numerous indicators (not only the tires) that this old bus has been parked for awhile. Some ants were unhappy to find that their home started moving. There is dust and dirt in areas that we wouldn’t think possible. So far….all the interior lights seem to work….but we are only part way through the inspection process. Other than a leaky outside faucet the plumbing seems to have held up as well. However, we never figured out how to get the electric hot water heaters going….other than the main breakers is there any reset buttons? The fridgerator works and the Webasto turned on. No time to investigate further as we had to get on the road to take the bus to TEC in Portland for Prevost TLC and recalls.
The really good news was that on the way to TEC the Command Center powered up….we will have to wait until we have more time to investigate the workings of this further. Happy to see it had power and number indicators lighting up.
Anyone know how big the gas tank is? The girls at the gas counter were taking bets as to when the meter would stop…lol. We were just shy of $700….so still not sure how big the gas tank is….or the size of any tanks for that matter.
There were a couple books left in the bus…but we aren’t sure what info we have as of yet. It will probably be more than a week before we actually take the bus home. We will then continue with our investigation process.
Have to say….the ride was very everything we had hoped it would be. The detroit mechanic was impressed with how easily it starts and it purrs right along.

Peter, just a word of caution. Some relays are labelled for 12/24V use and only have one amp rating marking. It’s almost always the 12V rating. So, a 12/24V 30A relay would only support 15A at 24V.

8.25 inner and 90 outer is the standard wheels. I did have 90’s on both inner and outer duals with no issues. The only problem was the outside space at the fiberglass fender was reaalllly close.

Actually our coaches come with a force field surrounding them so nothing comes in contact with the coach, offering total protection. It’s kinda like the CC plastic bra, only it’s invisible and works better.
And my coach was equipped with the no fuel feature. It runs on hot air (mine) and not that expensive diesel fuel.

More great information as the WD wasn’t an item on my radar. We won’t be fulltimers, but plan on doing more traveling west and wintering south.
We wish we were leaving a week earlier for FL. A quick stop in at the LazyDays Rally would have been nice. We leave MI on the 9th and will be at Silver Lakes RV Resort in Naples from the 10th – 27th.
