As long as advice is flowing….two questions:
1. How early in the season can you visit to beat the crowds?
2. If we want to stop at Glacier first, will I be bummed if the high pass isn’t open yet? If I am going to Canada anyway, can I just see the northern half from there?
would generally like to do the month of June but I saw that often the pass isn’t open till almost July.

I have no knowledge of roof mounted generator radiators, but my impression is the air flow has to be pulled in from the bottom and exhausted up.
If you push from the top down you end up transferring some of the heat onto the roof of the coach and I cannot see that as a good thing, except in Minnesota in the winter.

I guess it’s about “Risk/Reward”? My tolerance meter says it’s OK.
I was a pro pilot for thirty yrs – 1980-2010. Early in my career I accumulated hundreds of hours flying single engine aircraft at night and/or in IFR conditions. I have a 1000 hrs in my homebuilt experimental single engine tail dragger airplane that I’ve owned and maintained since 1985. I drag race 1200 hp cars. I race bicycles. I started scuba diving when I was 15. I could go on and on. I haven’t been killed or injured, or killed or injured anybody else. I must be doing something wrong?
Other peoples “Risk/Reward” tolerance? different than mine? and that’s OK .But mainly Because Chicks Dig Em !!!!

How difficult is it to change out to the air cooled? Where did you have it done.
I am am pretty well done with the DN50 as well. next sign of a significant leak and it’s gone.

When you price those rolling stairs, you may find you can buy a used sissor lift for the same money. That is what I did and it is very useful for more than the bus.

Yes – Kept and very much like the window tint! Liked it so much, in fact, that I got it done on my Toyota FJ Cruiser tow vehicle.
The installer on my FJ said it was “Ceramic 70%” and when driving, or looking at it from either inside or outside, you would not know it is there. It is definitely VERY nice for reducing glare, and that was the main reason I got it, yet as you say, it significantly reduces solar heat intrusion also.
