Hello Members and Partners. Both Jessica and I are very excited about the opportunity Jon and Tom have provided. We are both full timers who live with our furry “kid” Tanner and “attempt” to maintain a 1993 Liberty. I personally have been a member of PC almost since its inception. While my family business has been producing collector car automotive events since 1974, we have also produced Luxury RV events for the past 6 years. Already a member of Prevost Community I reached out to Jon and Tom for conceptual development and promotional support of these events. As the years went on and as we sat under the awnings (as they say) I asked more and more questions about the behind-the-scenes workings of PC. I had even mentioned to a few close colleagues that if it ever became available it would certainly be of interest to me.When this opportunity was actually presented it could not have been better timing for Jessica and I. Jessica has a background which is a perfect match to handle all of the development, maintenance and daily operations of the site. Together, we have a lot planned to move Prevost Community into the next 10 years, while at the same time, never losing sight as to why it has been so successful for the past 10. To us, this is a community, a community made by and for its members. In the near future we will begin introducing a new look and new features to Prevost Community. However, it is our promise to you, that we will never lose sight of Jon and Tom’s original vision.
With all of this being said, please reach out to either of us with suggestions, thoughts or concerns as we work through the next few months together. We are here for you, the Members and the Partners of Prevost Community.
Sincerely,
Bill Miller and Jessica Oldfather

Jon, Tom THANK YOU for everything you have done to help all of us become better bus owners/mechanics and friends. Have met many wonderful people, and a couple of soreheads, through your unselfish actions. I will be advising the IRS of your decision whereby, for years, you have written off everything, including toilet paper. Welcome to the real world.
Bill, Jessica, thank you for stepping up and taking the reins of a bucking bronco. I hope you have developed Elephant skin as you will need extra thick skin to ward off all of the mosquito bites from the 6,000+ (?) members. We all welcome the upcoming audit of all the dues money we have dutifully paid all these years and its equal division. Again thank you to Jon, Tom, Bill and Jessica.

I think that’s the way to go Marshal, I think you’ll lose the ability to run cruiseairs, but Jordan will have that answer. If you have roof airs, you may be OK. I would run the generator instead of inverters for A/C’s.

Is it possible someone left off a wire.

How the hell could your phone ring, it has to be turned on for that to happen.

Mikee:Thanks that something I hadn’t considered before… Thanks! I’m going to try it just because it is so simple.

I finished replaced all my coolant lines yesterday and I drove bus 30 miles, tested dash heat worked good got all the air out of it, Turned on AC it seemed to work fine and I know it wasn’t many miles but rear door was clean, On the 6th of May we go to Race track for a track day it’s 80 miles each way so I will keep an eye on it. Thanks’ for the help

If your coach is like mine, if you have the 2 valves turned of behind the flap in the radiator compartment, the Webasto will over heat and blow the special fuse on top of the unit inside the small 2″ X 2″ box. It will only work again if you buy a new fuse. Rudy should have been able to check that so I doubt that is your current issue.

Mine does not have any solenoids in front the starter solenoid is in the rear. On the engine door it shows it.

I heard there are going to be some bunk coaches at the West Palm Beach show. Lots of interest in bunk coaches on the Prevost Facebook pages.

Jon , I think this Tornado is on line without the results here but clearly the item being destroyed is this RV . I would have attached it however seems the site does not allow that or I have no clew how . I can tell you this I do not feel any coach could have survived what I just saw . Give it a look .

They are probably too busy spending the dues money and eating out every night to post pics or do much else…….

If in doubt, gut out and use Sounddown

Mike, you are correct and I stated as much previously, but it seems like nobody is going to pay any attention to good advice.

Start the generator or plug into shore power. The transfer switch is supposed to bias input power to the best source, maning, generator, shore power and then inverter.
