Im debating on wether or not to replace the side lights with new fixtures or just buy LED replacement bulbs….any advise? The center rear stop light I just put LED replacement bulbs in but Im not thrilled with the result, mainly I like the clear lenses that the new LED fixtures have…..oh well…..project after project after project…..etc!

Wow congrats on the new coaches folks. Tom Idont think that bad boy is gonna fit in my cousins garage so Im gonna hafta get out my trusty tape measure. Will keep ya posted. Been out of touch for a bit, been spending time with Ben and Rick at parliament and just got back from The gang at jacksonville. I think Im over my allowance for the year. Safe travels home and hope to get a tour of the new one some time.

I just called Grainger, they said that switch has been discontinued, but have a few left, reduced to $29.71. I just ordered one.
Is there a main air line going to the seat, that this switch could be put into, to isolate all leaks in the seat when the key is off?

I may be wrong on this, but I have had two coaches for a long time, one 15 years and one 8 years. Neither had a split or missing dust cover on the greased joints. I think grease monkeys are the problem.
I did all my lube work and I think part of the reason for damaged or lost dust covers is the mechanic that typically lubes trucks or buses gets paid by the amount of grease they pump. Probably not, but it seems that way. I have seen them pump grease in until the dust cover balloons up and grease starts leaking from the edge of the dust cover. I think eventually the dust cover just tears or splits and when it does that within a short period of time the tear gets bigger to the point where the dust cover is useless.
I pump in grease until I see slight movement on the dust cover. I don’t wait for the dust cover to expand. I just want to see evidence grease has gotten into the joint and any movement of the dust cover is ample evidence of that.

The last muffler I replaced I bought from Prevost. But knowing how they charge for some generic products such as brake chambers and Norgren valves I believe when the time comes to replace the muffler I might just bring the one being replaced to my local truck parts guys to see if they can match it.
I’m not comfortable getting creative and buying one that requires some mods, not because the effort to make it fit might be cumbersome, but because in some cases the muffler might contribute to how the engine performs and I would be afraid one that is more restrictive or more open might be harmful. Need to do some research.

For what it’s worth, I made it a practice to raise the bus up to its highest level, drop it to its lowest, and return to ride height every couple of weeks or so, just to go through the full range of motion. The next time I would drop it all the way down, raise all the way up, then down to ride height.
May have been a complete waste of time……or it may have kept everything moving just enough to battle any minute amounts of corrosion or moisture that may have been forming.
I also on occasion worked all the Level Low rocker switches back and forth with the system off just to keep the contacts clean.
I have no clue as to whether any of this made an iota of difference to anything, but I was always concerned that if there was a “problem” that I wanted to find it during one of my exercises and not as I was about to travel.

You’re off base on your comment about Liberty owners being stranded without Troy. The company is alive and well and have lots of folks who can support the owners. It always sounds as though you have the Country Coach chip on your shoulder. We all understand you are in love with your orphan and that’s fine, but you seem to go out of your way to take shots at Liberty without ever owning one. We’ll I have owned both, a 2000 CC that is now Jamie’s and my current Liberty, so I’m qualified to make comments about the two Conversions. You will note I don’t make negative comments about CC, but I sure could.
