Harbor Freight polisher, wire brush attachment, and some rattle can paint.
At least annually I have the tag and steer axles wheels/tires off the bus to clean/lube slide pins, etc, etc. It has always driven me crazy that I wasn’t able to (easily) clean the inside of the wheels. I’ve tried many chemicals and hand brushes, all wo/success.

It’s a newer one and it’s not even in the US. It’s a new company and it’s their first or one of their first conversions. It’s expensive. There’s alot of inconsistencies and mistakes that were made. I’d still want it but probably at a much reduced price and that’s even if they can backup certain info. We did do an inspection both professional and personal and we found issues and inconsistencies.

    1. Would there be a problem registering the Prevost in the US if it’s from out of the US? Will it pass homologation and any other requirements?

    2. Whom can service it if I do not get a service contract/conversion warranty with this new company? Certainly someone can take on the servicing for a fee?

I’ll be sure to post it here soon. Thank you all for the help.

The $2,5000 package is a total ripoff. The only nice feature is the mount. Other than that is a basic Gen 3 dish.

Don – I searched this group for ScanGaugeD , ScanGauge D and Scan Gauge D and no results were found.

Did you make a post on it?

UPDATE: just checked it out on the Scan Gauge website 🙂

I got on Facebook around 10 years to look up some old friends and it was a good thing, Then about 3 or 4 years it got ugly to much anger politics and it was not fun anymore so got off and never looked back, My friend got on the POG bus forum and he said it was a good forum, I went to get on it and found out it was a 100 bucks a year to join,I’ve joined a lot of Forums in the past and never had to pay before, I’ve been on the community forum for around 7 to 8 years and that would have been 7 to 8 hundred bucks! That’s a new tire. Years ago a bought a 96 U320 Foretravel and Joined the Foretravel Ownersgroup forum, meet a lot of good people, learned a lot, After buying the Prevostsame thing joined this forum and I’ve meet a lot of really nice and sharp people,When Jon and Tom sold the forum it has seemed to change, and the Pandemic did not help. I have not had a response to a post in a while???

I read all the posts everyday (or so). There just hasn’t been anything that I was familiar with or interested in. Your Royale coach and mine are so different I can’t provide much help. I am hopeful that when things do go wrong some other Country Coacher will show up with some info!

I have not done anything on Facebook. Where would I look to find an active group. You can e-mail me directly if you want to click on the link above. Thanks.

I understand Chuck, These forums are the Good old days of Social Media. A place where folks would gather to discuss bus issues and rib each other as needed. I grew up using BBS systems which evolved to forums like this, now we have all kinds of ways folks can connect i.e. youtube, Facebook, etc etc. These forums are not as appealing as they once were. I must add the Wanderlodge (WOG) folks are still running strong from the community engagement, with many big rallies each year sometimes hundreds of posts a day on WOG. I am not sure what the answer is that will bring back engagement.

To the best of my knowledge that vintage Liberty had manual dump valves. Later models have air operated dump valves but controlled by a touch screen device in the inside of the coach if a password is used, or by buttons at the holding tank bay.

A Liberty holding tank is in the last bay, driver’s side adjacent to the generator. From the bottom of the tank is the dump valve, an elbow extending down and out and the sewer hose connection fitting just outside below the floor

Some Liberty coaches also had an optional macerator mounted on the top of the holding tank, fed from a smaller outlet pipe at the bottom of the holding tank, going up and over the tank to the macerator.

But like I said previously if a previous owner made modifications you have a do it yourself problem to solve.

Comparing a previous RV regardless of make to any Prevost conversion and finding they are set up and have the same systems is unlikely.

I’m not sure what you want pictures of? The MH itself? I was hoping someone had knowledge of this unit. 1988 Prevost Liberty. Other than cosmetics, what would change? Please excuse my lack of Prevost history.

We are not new to RVing. I have a Montana 5th wheel and a HR motorhome. Both have dump valves and the 5th wheel has 2 drains. So no problems knowing how to dump. We can’t find any dump valves and as I mentioned and research seems to confirm there is an electronic dump valve. We just don’t know where to look for it or what to expect. Some of these only have one tank and not a separate black/grey.

    Thanks for your advise though.
