I would replace the regulator as Tom suggest.

Another supplier is WW Granger and maybe on ebay. I’ve had to change that regulator on both Prevost I’ve owned. Install it out of the box as its preset.

If you need to adjust be careful with the adjustment screws . They seem to be very short and you unknowing screw it off the female housing tab. This caused mine to not respond correctly and I first believed I had a defective switch.

Actually it was operator error “me” not paying attention.

One more thing….The most common part that needs to be replaced in the AUX system is the check valve. If you run your AUX system all the time 2 years is about the life. This check valve is also available at WW Grainger.

I have wired an on-off switch for AUX compressor in my drivers bay.

If you need pictures of valve location I have them …let me know and I’ll post.

That cap won’t fit a liberty you would need a adaptor to fit the thedford connection, but on a Liberty it has a grey pipe all by it self , the black has the big pipe like that cap but it’s a thedford

Dick if you let the grey just come straight out under coach if you are on grass or dirt you can get stuck in the mud when you get ready to leave you should get hose and put it out away from coach , if on pavement it is not a problem

We came that way back in June. Going 20 is the scenic route with some steep hills. You will have no problems negotiating the road in your coach, but it is slow going at times. Continuing I-84 to I-5 is probably 100 miles longer, but you’ll get there faster. You will also have a chance to stop by Multnoma Falls, which is beautiful.

I have always felt like the cooling fan needs to be at high RPM up the steep hills so I too try to go up the hills at higher RPM.With the EGR engine that I have I have found that high RPM and 80-90% throddle will usually not set off codes so that is how I drive mine.

Thanks for your feedback. I have a clear understanding of how the external bay fans operate now. I have also confirmed that each inverter internal fan is functional under load. I have no interest in adding a thermostat to the external fans as I can shut down the inverters to reduce parasitic loads when in storage.

I do need to trace the wiring to the 2nd bay fan to get it working again. It must have a fuse somewhere? I wil start by removing the shelves above the inverters and follow the wire that connects the functional fan. That may give me an idea where the non-functiona fan is powered.

We’ve only had one coach since April of 2014 and as you can see below its a Liberty with OTR aka bus air.

One thing I’ve discovered that I want to pass along is that if you drive your coach more than say two hours at highway speed on a day that is 60 or more degrees, the rear end of the coach will heat sink from the engine, transmission, and drive axle. The higher the ambient air temperature the greater the heat sink effect (or is at affect?). Be prepared that if you drive all day and its hot, then you stop for the night after dark and its cooled off outside, you’ll find that bedroom warms up after a while, even if you had the OTR running (and probably roof airs if you have them).

You’ll discover this phenomena on your first few trips!

I told the boys their picture was fubarred, but they have data problems here in Qbec and gave me some lame excuse about not knowing it didn’t upload. For 200 dollars they could have got a gig of international data, but instead they spent their money on postcards and some kind of goat cheese that’s suppose to stay fresh for 2 months in a paper wrapper. I would imagine they’ll be looking for warranty from BA once the goat starts getting ripe.
