You had mentioned wishing you had a slide out. Did the new one come with one?

we stayed there last Tuesday and the Wednesday of the Week before. Every morning we where there the cops were wearing it out! Tuesday they even turned on the sirens for more excitement . Once before we met up with Tom and Nance while there.

The price for camping there increased from $30 to $40 a night still with the 10 dollar coupon – its ok. I ask if they had added a indoor heated pool and game room since last week. I received a blind stare.

Check with Jeff Rowe at East Tennessee Luxury Coach. He and Johnny do quite a bit of Prevost remodels. He might be able to help you out.

Dwayne, You have OTR so take advantage of that, pressurize the chassis and use soapy water everywhere you think water can enter, from around windows to roof penetrations to any seams, including around bays.

It is far better to take the time to identify possible problems than to wait until you need extensive (expensive) repairs.

I see you updated your last post, Ron, so one more thing…

The leak on my air cylinder was internal, causing air to bypass it and exhaust out the valve. I did not have any leaks that could be detected at the cylinder.

Hey Pres take a look at Biobor EB gasoline fuel additive. You can google Biobor and go to the gasoline tab. Not sure this is what your asking about, but maybe it will help.

Re fuel additive: as I recall from my time in ND they used a product called HEAT to add to the fuel to prevent any water in the fuel from freezing. I think that it was used in diesel also. I have talked to the folks at Flying J and they indicated that they blend there fuel for use at lower temps. if your getting fuel in the great north land.

I don’t know if that helps.

Just wanted to post the conclusion.

After studying the valve schematics I realized that the valve in question is always open from port 2 to exhaust port 3 and the 12 (as Jon pointed out) opens port 1 to port 2, closing 2 to 3. I then saw that the 5 way valve above this valve controls the exhaust letting air go to port 2 when initiated. Therefore it pointed to that valve (K81EA00-KAC-KAC) the 5 port. I replaced that yesterday and the leaking has stopped out the below 3 way exhaust.

Now that it is fixed I noticed another leak in the drive solenoid armature so thanks to Don I ordered them and will replace that as soon as in from Norgren.

Learned a lot about this part of the level system and am on my way to fixing the leaks. Thanks!

Since you never offered me a ride in any of them, I’d like my money back.

We used to get visits from F15s out of GSB when I was a controller at Cherry Point. It’s always been one of my favorite airplanes. By the way, whose idea was it to name an Air Force base “Seymour Johnson?”

Jon, the overheat sensor i thought would shut engine down if it failed . Like lack of air pressure will apply brakes if their is a loss of air ?

I agree that to do the repair and not determine the source of damage would be a waste. I hope we start pairs in the morning where the weather could not be more perfect . 70 here in Clearwater 🙂
