Welcome aboard Nick, glad to hear from you.

Jon, Hopefully we will be able to come. I, like you, would like to see myself not working! As for bringing the Red one, I will have to pass as it does not have a shower. I don’t think you would want to be around me very long without a shower! Haha

Taking the bus age into account after reading your post my first thinking was fuel line. If the line is bad the pump sucks air and min. fuel. Cracks where the line flexes and ply seperation near the fittings are common causes.
The fuel vent at the tank is another good probable cause for problem you have. After you fueled and making sure the cap was tight might of just sealed the system.

My Royale has a similar setup, but my pump is a Gist with one filter. I have some blackish looking stuff in my sediment bowl as well, but when I drain the condensation, the water is clear. Haven’t taked it apart yet, but I suspect it may be mold or junk from the compressor.

I would think an air/hydraulic hose place could cut the hose where it’s leaking, make a new short hose piece from the compressor and then couple the two together. Since your able to get at the hose where it’s leaking, it doesn’t sound like a really big deal as long as it’s done properly with maybe Airquip or some other supplier with the correct fittings.
If your in a bind and can’t find any help, you may try Rescue Tape to get you to a place that can help. You would probably have to cut back the braid so the tape would be on the hose.
