Prevost = Chassis
Converter = House
In the case of your converter you likely have 2 choices. The first is find one still in business or a company that specializes in Prevost conversions to sort out your issues and work with you, or as an alternative dive in, start the learning process and do your own work.
The good news is the early conversions were very simple and a lot of the components were off the shelf from WW Grainger or marine supply houses. Where you have to be careful is in making serious changes such as adding another inverter. Generally speaking that type of design improvement can get into the heart of the entire electrical system, both 120V AC as well as the house DC circuits and that is where a hard look at wire sizes and entire system set up become very important issues to study.

The only viable option except for bare bones storage use, is to run the generator.

XL with 208 gallon tank. I always figured I am getting it about 90% full. My gauge stays near full for way over 400 miles and then drops steadily. When it is laying on 1/4 pretty solid, I add between 150-160 gallons. Either my gauge at 1/4 is reading too much fuel Or I am getting in more than 90%.
One anomaly on mine. Obviously, the generator pick-up tube is higher than empty to keep the generator from running the tank empty. I have only run the generator low on fuel one time and it was a hot day with nearly 3/8 showing on the fuel gauge. My pick up tube must be higher. Lesson learned.

I was having a similar issue. I press the “Start Gen” button, the generator started. If I released the “Start Gen” button, the generator shut down.
If I continued to hold the “Start Gen” button for 30 to 45 second, sometime longer after the generator was running, then released the “Start Gen” button it would continue to run.
Since I was a new owner, I assumed it was normal, but after I had the generator serviced (oil and filter changes) it no longer does this. I now press the “Start Gen” button and release and the generator continues running. I am not sure if something else was changed to fix this issue while it was in the shop.
Wish I could have been more help. I am interested what the issue maybe.

Actually so am I because I know of and have seen the list of dumb ass ideas from converters, ours included and revisiting this subject does little good because the converters don’t listen and we get what we get.

My preference differs from others, but my retarder (similar in use to a Jake) is set to drop a gear when engaged. After that I manually downshift to stay within a good performance range of RPMs while avoiding an over revving condition.

I should add that for my coach the pressure required to bring the front to ride height is about 100 PSI. That also happens to be the pressure limit printed on the rubber casing of the air bag. To increase the height another 3 to 4″ to the upper limit takes a little less than 120 PSI. It is unlikely the small difference in pressure required to lower the coach to the specified height will make much difference.

Adding on to previous reply: Once you find the proper air diagram for your coach, download it to a thumb drive, take the thumb drive to a local Office Depot/Staples, and ask them to print it out poster size and then laminate it.
Now you will be able to read the small print on the diagram and use erasable markers to keep track of working on your leaks.

MemberOctober 12, 2019 at 12:02 pm in reply to: Series 60 Engine ignition off at highway speedI’m grasping at straws here, but an off the wall thought occurred to me.
I think your coach has an alarm system and if it is like one on other Liberty’s if the alarm is set the engine will shut off or not start. I had my keys and alarm remote in my pocket and heard the doors and bays lock once. The coach was parked. It turns out something in my pocket pressed against the remote lock button. I no longer will drive with those in my pocket.
