Jeff you need to take that front lower board off also. Once you remove the carpet and the lower board you will see the L shaped hatch. There are four or six #10-32 pan head screws holding it down. It’s heavy, have a place for that also on some cardboard when you lift it out.

My advice is to build it on land away from home zoned for commercial or industrial. On one of my homes I attached a really nice 30’x80” coach garage to my home. When it came time to sell the buyer pool was like finding a needle in a haystack. Ended up having to convert it into a large bonus room plus several more bedrooms to get rid of it. Had I built it on industrial property I could have the size I wanted and build it the way I wanted. As long as you design it for future office warehouse it will always be in demand. Your investment will be safe. This is what I have now.

Jon, I thought that your coach was OTR equipped.
Not trying to put you on the spot, do you happen to know the rear axle ratio?
Thanks all!

Peter,
My pressure pro sensors are operating fine on my new 365 tires with no extensions.
I do have to have both exterior drive axle removed to line up the centramatix tire balancer so I can get my home made wrench to line up with the valve thru the hole. Hopefully I’ll get that done next week.
