    Jon and Tom,

I thought you two were superheroes and just manhandled your tires with one hand throwing them to the side. 🙂

The tire dollys MUST be a ruse to keep your true identities from being revealed.

    Some more links on charging:

The Lifeline site is the pertinent poop direct from the manufacturer and is to be considered the best advice for their battery. Every manufacturer’s instructions should be considered the final word.

The above site is an excellent one and has an abundance of information regarding batteries.

    http://marine-electronics.net/techarticle/battery_faq/b_faq.htm

This is an excellent site for information. It has good information relative to all types of batteries (lead acid, gel and AGM)

No Jon, pictures did not occur to me. The only additional info that occurs to me is that some coaches may have an access panel next to your left knee area that may allow some visual to the motor area.

I haven’t even heard of it until Jon mentioned it. Sounds like it would work good though.

I have some lower panels that Harry H gave me, I wished you had one to experiment with.

Here’s where I insert my foot in my mouth (again), but if you have been driving your coach and have not known of the previously described procedure you would benefit greatly from at least gaining the practical knowledge required to drive such a large vehicle.

In the commercial driver manuals you will also find an excellent pre trip inspection procedure that goes beyond brakes. Not all translates to a bus because on trucks there is a lot of visiblity, but there are things we can all benefit from learning and practicing to keep us and other drivers around us safe.

Georges, There is a place not far from you in Hudson, FL. Around Brooksville, FL Their company name is Suncoast.Several members of Prevosts have had their windows done there and been very satisfied with the work. They also have full hook-ups with campground there if you want to stay over night there. Look them up on the internet. Suncoast.

    Georges,

I assume your is like mine since they are close in age. The DDEC connector is in the bay door under the drivers window. There is a switch on either side of the connecter with one marked DDEC and one marked ATEC. Flip the switch on for the DDEC and turn the ignition to the on position. One of the lights on the dash will flash the codes, but I forget if it is the Stop Engine or Check Enginge light that flashes.

If you replace radiator hose be sure to use re-enforced on the suction side.

Got it out 451 dollars to build a new one. Are your hoses one long piece or smaller ones connected together? Mine are in two or three pcs. I’m wondering if I should replace them while I’m at it.
