Put voltage to the coil direct and see if you get spark. Assuming the photo cell is clean, may be the brain box as Jon mentioned. Also, check the thermal fuses on top under the cover, they should be normally closed.

this is a great thread as I am tracking my expenses this first year. I chose to zero out my coach and replace things that MAY have not been an immediate need. Tires, batteries, air bags shocks, brakes, belts, complete chassis service, norgrens, many air valves, genny service, aqua hot service,air system service……I was at 30k the day I picked up the coach. Now we are updating the interior, electronics, lights, booth carpet (bedroom), some tile work ect….will probably be just over 20k
my budget was going to be about 5k per year for maintenance and I’m not considering fuel ect…that’s a big variable. This is interesting.

From the pro’s… learned one of their secret tricks.
About 2 tablespoons of …Distilled White Vinegar
8 oz plain water
Use a fine mist sprayer and a Micro cloth
Using this mix there are no ingredients that attract dust later from chemicals used in most glass cleaners.
I use 3 micro clothes for our interior with a color never used on anything else.
Sprayed marble floor letting it sit for several minutes. …. amazed at the results

The Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort is one of our favorites as we go there at least 4 times a year. Panevino’s restaurant near the airport just off Sunset is excellent.

With the stalk in the 6th position, you get serious braking right down to almost stoping before touching the brake. It also downshifts the transmission in proportion to the needed braking.
This is my firest retarder and it’s way better than a jake. The downside is transmission temps on really long hills, you have to pay attention.

I really can’t rewire as the inverter bay is on the drivers side which would require me to remove all 6 batteries,2 Cruiseairs,battery frame work etc,I am able to install the new batteries and wiring just like Liberty did.This coach has Outback inverters and the 2 of them comminucate with each other so there is only 1 temperature probe but it does adjust the charge of both chargers.I will use some of the anti corrosion spray,is there anything else that I could do to prevent this from happening again?The time that it takes to remove the entertainment and pannels makes it almost impossible to perform maintence on a regular basis.I had 1 cruise air out a year or so ago but that only let me inspect 2 batteries and they were in good shape.If these have vented I think that it is a result of the heat that is discharged under the bus,I have a remote thermometer in the inverter bay and I have seen 145 degrees (which will shut down the Allen Bradley computer)in that bay so I now open the bay when I see 115-120,even though there are 2 fans in that bay they are picking up hot air from below the coach.
