I went with 2 x SeaFLO 55 series in 24VDC. Since my house battery system is 24V, I thought I might as well use 24V and not involve a battery balancer (or later a DC PS with lithium) with 12V. I could not find these pumps anywhere in the USA, so I had to get them via Aliexpress, at about $300 for the pair, shipping included.
Since the batteries are stored above the curb side tag and drive wheels, it was very easy to get 24V to the water bay. I ran a 10 gauge wire with 30 amp in-line fuse to a relay which is triggered by the 120VAC that the JetPaq used previously.
All plumbing is 3/4″ hose to the pumps, then merge to/from 1″ to original plumbing. Headhunter toilet flushes “with authority” 🙂

I am noticing a similar situation on I10 west of central Texas. If you find a place but it’s not in the app, how are you figuring out the price?

How does one go about getting a spot, and what is hours available?

There are several brands out there that replace the start capacitor on AC motors such as the A/C compressor. This prevents the high surge current at motor start up. There is no hard hum on compressor start using them.
I have not heard a bad report on using them and have seen the reduced current on start up. A digital volt meter will give you a hint of the reduction but will not show the real surge when using a start capacitor. The meter is to slow to show the surge accurately.

Are you looking for a permanent home RV park? What part of the Country? How often do you expect to travel? Class A only park?

“My gosh, I would rather hear the sound of a freight train in my bus than go down the road sweating my nuts off.”
I agree 100%. The only requirement my wife had when looking at new coaches was NO CRUISAIRS!. Yes, it was an ’88 and I said, no, they are better in the newer coaches, they are more dependable, are are easier to service, even Prevost can service them, roof airs are too noisy. No matter, she was absolutely right. Our roof airs are louder but we are often so cold we have to turn one off unless it’s over 100 outside. I tested and it’s about 70dB with the air ducted around the coach and 75 with the direct drop open. That direct drop option is amazing when it heated up while we were gone. It took hours for the cruisairs to catch up and it takes about 15 minutes with the roof airs and the air dump.
Service, pull into the local RV service center, have them throw that one off the roof and install another. You will be good for another 20 years!

Not a very common combination, and if you want your search to get seriously more difficult look for one with slides.
They are out there but not in large numbers.

I installed the micro-air (http://www.micro-air.com/products_easystart_364_softstarter_microair.cfm) a few months ago in one of my roof airs with no issues. Allows me to use it in a 30 amp hookup without issue. Easy to follow instructions
