Just wondering if a Legendary could park in the back and try to understand some of the big words?
Most of my bus is put together with bailing wire and duck tape but I’m trying.
-
Bring it on. No matter who the converter, they all sit on a Prevost chassis.
If you need reinforcements Mark will have your back. He can teach the class.
-
Got any thoughts about tentative dates? I’ll sure be there if the dates work….ty
-
We have a tentative date and some details are now firmed up, but before we make a formal announcement we need to resolve a number of issues because we don’t want to have to change dates or venue or even the course content.
I could blame Tom, but actually I think his stuff is pretty much OK.

Sounds good. Will their be a final exam Jon?

The Final will be when you are sitting on the side of the road and put a question in the *Emergency* thread. Jon will respond that it was covered at the training. In fact it was covered when you were toward the back of the group talking on your cell phone.
Just explain that you were actually listening to a You Tube Video of the Lennon Sisters on your phone and all will be forgiven and Jon will give you the answer to your question.
I knew that Physcology 101 course I took more years ago that I care to remember would come in handy some day. Now Algebra…that is a different subject all together.

If there is a tentative date and it is close to the upcoming Tennessee Thaw, please let us know. It could save us a quick turn around and about 2000 miles.
-
Based on that weather forecast for Vonore now, you may be there till spring so it will work out… or better yet, since you already had a visit from Jon, the first chapter is already done…
Have a safe trip home and hope the weather clears soon!!!
-
In that I am already on site, are Squater’s Rights in effect? If not and the Thaw doesn’t occur I may need to be towed away. Thanks for putting this in gear. Those of us interested await the details. It appears from the response thus far, mmanyof us may have a better chance at winning the lottery.
-
This is just a heads up. The date has been set. The details are posted under the heading “Maintenance Seminar”.
While this is accurate it also is not the sole purpose of the seminar which is being aimed at owners who want to have a broader knowledge of their coach. In addition to helping everyone understand their coach a little better, it also will help with diagnosing issues, as well as learning how to deal with the most common problems.
It is not going to teach anyone to be a mechanic, but it is going to make an owner aware of things his mechanic should be doing and why. Attendees will come away with a much better understanding of how things work on the Prevost chassis.
The late date for the seminar is because the up front work to put this program together is extensive and if you do not make the 20 person cut-off you can plan on attending a subsequent seminar. We have not firmed up plans for the date or location for additional seminars, but that is in the works.
-
Jon, I haven’t seen the details yet but I definitely want to be included. Please save me a spot. I am looking for the section you mentioned now.
-
I sure do want to attend this seminar as well. Hopefully I’ll be able to get one of these slots that will be available.
-
Jon…
Sorry, but I just don’t see the “Maintenance Seminar” heading you referred to. With 1700 PC members, I’m thinking those 20 spots are gonna look like a bunch of buzzards going after fresh road kill. So, I’m looking for the sign-spot…me and my 1699 PC friends! ty

Tom is workking on the registration form which he has to do on the admin side of this site.
When he posts the link to the registration there will be no doubt where to find it and what it is called.
And just so nobody misses the opportunity it appears from the responses the demand is going to exceed a workable class size so we are already working on additional opportunities.
