I don’t want to add to your situation but if you drove on that rim for a mile with no tire and I see your sitting in rocks, that rim could be trash.

I think it is great the economy is kept alive by folks redoing the interiors or remodeling, What I cannot understand is why some will not live in the coach for a while to find out what changes are really really important first.
BTW, we redid the interiors on 2 coaches and were very glad we did it but it took a while before we figured out all we wanted to accomplish.

I don’t have the diagram but logic tells me that Prevost likely has a signal wire that is energized when the starter motor is seeing power and the key is in the run position. If the starter motor remains powered when the engine is running the motor will burn it out very quickly.
In trying to figure out if it is possible for that wire to be connected wrong I don’t see how. If it is connected to the big positive cable going to the starter it would show correctly. If it was connected to the positive terminal on the solenoid it would also show properly. Just a brain dump without any benefit of facts.

It seems that the expansion valve is wroking fine. I am wondering if my system is not charged properly. Does anyone know what the low and high presure should be? i am run about 40psi on the low side at idle and 140 on the high side. Thanks for all the direction.

The wire must be hooked up wrong , the light should only come on when you engage the starter , I think it’s a yellow wire but not a hundred percent on that

Ouch – Original Prevost Part # is 690228 and original cost is $3,410.06, The updated Part number provided by Charlie Kailer at Prevost is Part # 476322 and the cost is $2,614.41 and the internet price is $2,588.27. It is called a slide-out inflated front seal, Item # 20 on Y2-23900-00.

I had a fireman by the the name of Mike Hoadley telll me that he repaired the busted rubber seal on his parents 07 Counrty Coach and the repair worked well for over 18 months, even after he replaced the rubber seal due to age. I am going to ask the web administrator to post a PDF file called How to repair an air leak in your inflated seal on your Prevost slide out. Thanks for advice and will keep you posted.
