Good thing what I put in the tanks smells like Roses to begin with. No need for those overpriced fancy retrofits here 🙂

Professional drivers unions are a thing of the past except for some of the LTL carriers. One thing for sure, if a driver is on mileage, the speed limit reduction will be a paycheck killer for him and the company as Mark pointed out due to hours of service BS.

Only plugged it into the 2 30 amp receptacles I have. Verified the wiring, and my Bounder Motor home has been plugged in there forever with no problems. Thank you much for replying. Since it works perfectly on 20 amp and generator, I am at a loss.

John, thanks. You bring up a very good point. Something i skipped over in my little quest. My Sv360 is 12.7 inches tall and my clearance on the bus is 12 foot 7 inches. If i replaced the SV360 with the intellian i would be 13.8. Arrrghh…, its back to the internet for more research.
What are the 2016 & 2017 conversions running? With HD being as popular as it is, im curious what the converters are putting on.

Data is something that most law makers dont understand.
As the article points out, 33% (ye, that’s what 1/3 is) of all vehicle accidents had speeding as a factor, while for vehicles that they are looking at limiting to 60mph only saw 23% of accidents having speeding as a factor. So a group of vehicles/drivers who have a much higher safety rating need to be restricted to make them safer?
On top of that, I am sure that vehicles being produced today are designed to produce maximum fuel economy at a set speed based on engine/transmission/final drive ratio/etc. So now the federal government wants to change a variable of this, which will potentially increase fossil fuel use and increase green house gases.
Add to that that professional drivers who get paid by the mile, will now see a reduction in their paycheck due to needing to take longer to go further. Just like increasing the minimum wage for your local fry cook will increase the cost of goods at the fastfood joint, this will increase the cost of EVERYTHING transported as professional driver unions will certainly push for an increase in pay per mile to offset the loss in income due to less miles over a set period of time. That increase in cost of goods will be past on to the consumer, basic econimics.
But hey, look over there! Is that free phone and better health insurance with a $25000 a year savings!
People just eat this stuff up because some elected official says it’s going to make their life safer. People are ignorant at best and foolish at worst 🙁

The clue is at the first refueling if you run it down to 1/4 or less and take on anything over about 190 gallons you have long range fuel. Other than that there is no way I know of short of having the build sheet.
I do want to mention if the leak is in the optional 90 gallon aux fuel tank, just capping the bottom outlet on the main 208 gallon tank is not enough. The upper vent opening also has to be capped because under certain conditions, like nose down on a steep hill fuel will dump from that opening into the aux tank. As expensive as removing and replacing a tank seems it is still the best way because by having the ability to tanker fuel you can always buy at the cheapest location and with fuel price spreads easily approaching $.50 a gallon it will not take too many 200 gallon refills to pay for the repair.
