The 63,300 is GVW not the curb weight on a Newell fwiw the IH-45 Foretravel has the same engine as the Newell with a GVW of 54,400 pounds -
OK you push in fitting guys.
If you take a look at the manifold you will note the fittings are literally side by side, and unless the 90 degree fittings swivel there is no way to get them on the manifold. Send me a link to any compression fittings that swivel and I will change them out…………I’m waiting…………….still no link………………….didn’t think so.
The manifold with the shut off valves is in the steer compartment.

Yep. With that valve open, the gray water drains to the ground. Ours was electric operated instead of air.
That switch will open and close the gray water bypass valve.

What else you gonna do with it ? I’ve never seen a Brink’s truck following a hearse.

If you are looking for a hotel and plan to leave the bus in the twin cities, there are three good size hotels in the downtown area…Raddison, Holiday Inn, and a Sheraton. I have no idea on pricing, but the first two are very close to the waterfront if you are interested in seeing the ships. There are also a few hotels in the canal park area (close to Lakehead Boat Basin) too, but those usually fill up quickly if there is anything going on in town.
Too bad you couldn’t get in for more than one night at Lakehead Boat Basin. That would have worked very well for you. If you want to bring the bus up closer to Duluth, you could try the campground at Grand Casino Hinckley. You would not be able to stay hooked up, but the sites are good and the price isn’t bad either. It is about half way to Duluth from the cities, so it would save you some driving.

glens,
I just noticed the Muldoon location. We have a ranch just west of Moulton (NE Gonazles County) a few miles south of you. We are there most weekends. We should try to meet up some weekend.
