This is a classic example of an educated buyer understanding the pitfalls of the delam issue as opposed to a seller that has his head in the sand or just wants to pass his problem off to some unsuspecting buyer.
This subject is usually avoided on other social media and you hear very few buyers asking the delam question, only to learn later they have a 40K problem. The best way is for the seller and buyer to work through the problem if it exits and mutually agree to a solution. Sounds like C’bus tried hard, but it didn’t work out.

start make sure you have clean Min 10 .6 V to your ecm.. There should be a inline fuse inside the battery compartment that holder/ connection sometimes mal functions. 12.75 volts is ideal.. below 10.6 the ecm has a stroke. Prob wire Number 439. Will check and post later. Need the last letter in your serial number..

Davy , I recently became the owner of a XLV which seems to be what you have also . My question to you is I notice you are pulling a 24′ stacker and i was wondering about your hitch . Did you buy the coach with a 20k hitch or have one installed , or are you using the 10k that the coach I believe came with . Thank you in advance for the feedback .
When I decided to upgrade to a bigger and heavier trailer, the overwhelming consensus here was to upgrade the engine cradle to be able to handle more weight. It was absolutely the only right thing to do and I had it done at Prevost Nashville in early 2012.

It is a good thing Tom has friends who tolerate his ways. After the auction was over, he made an offer on a Harley that had not been sold at auction. I think he was really surprised when the owner accepted his offer. Now Tom has a problem, he needs to get the Harley and his golf cart home. Now his friend Tim just happens to have a trailer at the auction. But Tim has a golf cart to get home also.
Now Tom disappears for a couple of hours doing the paperwork on the Harley. While he is gone Tim discovers his awning won’t retract. He also has to get the trailer ready to load a Harley and two golf carts. Trailer is not really long enough, not enough straps and Tom is no where to be found. So, eventually all problems are solved, and this is the end result.
There was talk of adding a rocking chair for Nancy to sit on to keep an eye on the Harley for Tom (Beverly Hillbillies?), but she did not like that idea. I wonder if Tim will ever go to another auction with Tom?
P.S. Heard that they all made it home safe and sound and that Tom was already taken the Harley apart. Guess he has a new project to keep him busy. Have fun Tom.
