    Liam, I am Rudy Legett. I can sort our your Webasto burner.. My phone is 7 one 3. 8 one 8. 3234. I am available from 8 to 8 am central time.

    You will want to have a VOM meter, set to volts DC and an alligator clip jumper cable to ground one lead. Have the cover off of the burner and we will see what is going on in about 10 or 15 minutes.

    Check ALL positions. 240V between the red/black wires on the 2 vertical outside posts. 120V between the red/ground and black/ground. No voltage between ground and neutral.
