Country Coach Webasto Wiring
Hoping that someone has a CC wiring diagram for Webasto control on a 40XL vintage coach.
Webasto itself fires fine when connected to the diagnostic box.
Issue is the controller is not getting Battery+ and On/Off 12v input. Recent issue.
On my coach, driver cab has 2 switches (heat exchanger and burner) and burner can be triggered by interior thermostats, water bay thermostat, water heater stat, and possibly an engine pre-heat stat.
The fact that Battery+ (Should always be hot?) is dead has me extra puzzled.

What model Webasto do you have? 12V or 24V?

Mike, I need the diagram that shows the wiring from the dash switches and stats all the way back to the Webasto itself (including via the DC distribution panel).

Liam, I am Rudy Legett. I can sort our your Webasto burner.. My phone is 7 one 3. 8 one 8. 3234. I am available from 8 to 8 am central time.
You will want to have a VOM meter, set to volts DC and an alligator clip jumper cable to ground one lead. Have the cover off of the burner and we will see what is going on in about 10 or 15 minutes.

Thanks Rudy! Webasto itself is in perfect health. I have an open circuit somewhere in the Country Coach wiring. Hoping someone has a diagram.

Liam, there are fuses on the daughter board in the main electrical box first bay that controls Webasto functions. Don’t remember which board, but look for red lights to point you to the correct one.
