The short version is with your coach and system logic the problem is likely limited to everything from the 5 port valve on the bulkhead forward of the drive axle, back to the tag air bag and everything in between.
Start with the low hanging fruit. Make sure none of the fittings within that range are leaking. Check to see if air pressure is escaping the Norgren valve spools sideways by looking for soap bubbles at the end caps.
Check the air bag fittings. Check the 3 port valve on the frame up between the tag and drive. That valve is always open except when the tag is lifted and then it shuts off air flow from the drive axle air bags and exhausts the tag air bag. Make sure air is not escaping from the short exhaust tube.
When I say check the Norgrens they can leak in two ways. One way is through the path they are supposed to block when the key is off. You can only check that by making sure air does not flow past them by putting air pressure to the inlet side and seeing if it goes down. If it does, pressurize the outlet side. If it does not go down the Norgren is the problem.
I built a hose with compression fittings on one end and a pressure gauge on the inlet side plus a ball valve to I could shut off air to or from the hose. It is laborious checking that way, fitting by fitting if nothing shows up with soapy water but that’s how I do it.
The hard part is if all points to the air bags they have to be pressurized on the bench because soapy water is not going to find leaks around the bottom, and a ultrasonic leak detector doesn’t work well on rubber.
The approach I take is if my level low system components are 10 years ol and show signs of the leans I do not bother wasting time chasing leaks because they are going to pop up everywhere sooner or later as the rubber ages in the valves or air bags, so I just replace everything and start again.
DO NOT GET BENEATH THE COACH UNLESS IT IS FULLY SUPPORTED AT THE CHASSIS SUPPORT POINTS. THIS IS ESPECIALLY TRUE IF YOU ARE MONKEYING WITH THE SUSPENSION
If your accessory air system has ever had moisture in it the probability the Norgren valves are leaking is very high because the highly polished raw aluminum valve bodies will corrode and leak in a very short time after exposure to moisture.

I have removed the second and 3rd bay appliances and the cover panels in the back of the bays. The 3rd bay is stainless sheeting that is bent and seal except for a 4 inch cover panel at the top. Removing it does not provide any access to the tank top. The second bay has 3 power boxes attached to the back panel. I removed the panel but there is no access to the tank from there. I fear that i may have to remove both the black and grey tanks to gain access. The coach is a 1995 Le Mirage. Kevin Cook

Loc, My only suggestions based on years of experience zoning out on the Lennon Sisters is first, turn off you phone while driving and if possible put it in a bay before you start driving. With regards to that JDUB guy, he is approaching the status of a telemarketer with unwanted phone calls so block his number.
As to hand signals from other vehicles those are nice folks telling you that you are still number one so smile, thank them and wave back.
I am finding 62 MPH might be a tad too fast for me so I am considering a change in my driving practices. I am thinking 55 might be a more relaxing speed and that I should do it in the extreme left lane so I don’t interfere with the morons that haven’t yet mastered the process of merging in traffic. I am doing this to benefit the other drivers of course.

After a reset I then checked the dump,water fill, etc panel and found that the dump button was stuck in the open position(you can imagine how I found out,Lol)
Anyhow after releasing the button and switch it reset and has now stayed that way working great.

Well, I am not afraid of maintaining/fixing the rig. I have enough tools and parts on my boat now to build another boat in a pinch 🙂 I just know that when it comes to boating some of the manufacturers go a long way towards making systems streamlined and accessible and others don’t care making replacing parts a total nightmare. Also some designers have a unique ability to overcomplicate the simplest things. Thus was my question about converters – I am sure they all have different philosophies which might reflect on longevity and maintainability of older conversions.

I’m guessing the “coach in question” might be Tom’s ’cause he really likes our paint job and this one is similar. It’s missing only one color. If Tom called me I’d give him the color number and he’d be all set. Just sayin’.
He is very clever like Jon says. I’d suggested he go for two slides and only use them half the time. A Nancy-Tom compromise. I’ll bet that gave Tom the idea to get one slide only and use it all the time. It’s easier for him to remember. He’s good with math.

I searched high and low for replacement lens covers. Couldn’t find any, buffed mine out and after a couple years just replaced the entire assembly with LED lights. Much better and lenses are available for the newer style LED lights all day long.
I think Jeff (ETLC) has a couple sets in stock or can get some if needed. Good price and great upgrade for not only looks, but safety.
