I had to throw in the towel and buy a new Webasto Controller. Ordered from Prevost just like DKO at the same price and the Controller is made by the same company, but mine looks like the originals. I just assumed I would get one like DKO’s, but didn’t. Works great, that’s all that matters.

Try this product. It works great at controlling dust and purifying the air and the surfaces.

With the compressor running add refrigerant to the low pressure side of the compressor. It will be the larger of the two compressor connections. The compressor connection will have a manual access valve connecting the suction line to the compressor. Attach a refrigerant charging manifold to the manual access valve. The hose from the manifold should be blue in color. Add refrigerant as required.

If you are not aware of the required procedure, PLEASE take the bus to a trained tech. You can be badly injured if you make a mistake.

For all you folks still running r12, their is a product called Freeze 12 that I picked up last year from napa. About the same price as r134. You have to change oil .They said they were gonna quit making it so I bought about 90 lbs. to make sure I had a enough. They say it has a propane gas for propellant. That might not be good. Already got it so we are using it. I slept at a Holiday Inn a couple nights ago so you can see where I’m coming from.

In severe service (high speed cruise was worst, 57,500# GVW) on my old 8V-5speed, I observed 30 degree temp reductions changing from moderately used dexron to trans-synd. Bear in mind, increased trans temps transfer to the engine cooling system through the coolant/trans cooler and increase engine temps.

Many of you will never see this type of use or enough miles to make a difference, but IMO, I would rather use the best approved product and be safer than to save a couple bucks on a maintenance issue which is not performed frequently by most. Additionally, in this case, the synthetic fluid extends the drain interval which will negate some of the cost detriment factor and less maintenance ist good.

    Curtis,

Maybe you can make a deal with LV Motor Coach Resort since all you need is power.

Tom’s having problems posting, he has a Mac and asked that I make a post for him.

He wanted to thank everyone for the help and he was able to get his electrical problem corrected at Millennium. He said the service was fantastic, they got him in right away and the fix was a timer, not a contact. He said he didn’t even have time to shut the bus off after arriving at Millennium, they met him in the parking lot.

    Kudo’s to Millennium!

Front we decided to mostly make a display case/conservation area out of. With the slide it was a little difficult to see the tv from the couch in the slide out. So now the front above the windshield has a uphlostry back with a framed area for pictures and momentoes. This lets people know who we are and reminds us of what is important in life. Indirect lighting highlights this showcase. Also houses -hides controls for led lights and remote lighting controls for the front of our coach It is trimed in medium brown/gold/blue tweed next to a off white ceiling. Bob
