    1. Fridge is bolted in

    2. cleaned fresh water tank and all plumbing lines with clean water

    3. installed mud flaps back on after painting mounting brackets

    4. determined one cruiseair needs a new compressor

    5. Installed booth dinette

    6. purged front a/c tube, it backed up into the bus. I got that working again. Checked for the other tubes, but I am not able to find the vent for them.

    7. Drained radiator. Confirmed everything cooling related works

    8. Put in axle and filled dif, it took 5 gallons and didnt dribble out. Need to make a decision to pull some out or leave it.

    9. Found out my front air bags are ripping and will need to replace.

    10. Torque steer and tag axle nuts.

    11. Added window layer to block light to keep temps down

Added 2x100ah 48v SOK batteries and 48v 5000w inverter to double my house power to 20kW. Now my 48v inverter system feeds into my 12v system giving me 10kw inverter power. Eventually will swap the 12v out completely and have all 48V.

Installed 4 new AC units so I’ll have 2 Furrion 15.5k, 2 Dometic brisk 2s 1 13k and other 15k, then 2 original Dometic penguins. Unfortunately the brisks use CCC2 and the penguins use CCC controls so I now need aanother microair. And one of the furrion thermostats doesn’t work so need to order another of those. So back to only 3 working ACs. Had to raise up my solar panels a couple inches but they all fit pretty well. Heading for campground tomorrow so hopefully next week will get everything ordered and installed so I can play around with testing all the different types.

Week off and trying to get stuff done.

    1. New aux compressor installed and box built around it.

    2. Air leaks fixed, now holds air for 45min. Never had a working aux compressor prior to repair so I never knew what was leaking.

    3. Air dryer canister removed, will install new one tomorrow

    4. lost 2 axle nuts, now fixed

    5. One hub needed oil, fixed.

    6. 1/8 tires lost air over winter, shop fixed.

tomorrow – hope to grease brakes and install wheels.

Time to get ready for a trip, so today I did my semi-annual (spring and late summer) recharge/tuneup of the aft/bedroom CruiseAir. We’ve owned the bus for almost 10 yrs. The back CA has always been a leaker, 1 to 1.5 Lbs/yr. Checked/ran the other 2 CAs and they were good to go as usual.

I also CLR the toilet, and drained and refilled fresh water tank.

Bus tailpipe was about to fall off because the 90* bend coming out of the muffler was rotten. Found another HD ss bend online. Reinstalled everything today.

Almost finished with my inverter/electrical system. Removed my genset squirrel cage which opened tons of room and setup my 48V system inside there which now consists of 2 quattro 5000w inverters on split phase and 2 SOK 5kwh batteries. On the top is the MPPT for solar, Lynx shunt and lynx distributor and the CerboGX hidden almost above the inverter. Added a powersurge protector for the 50a shore and put an external shore plug along with the touchscreen to control my inverters. This lets me turn off the shore input so I can unplug and/or switch amperage at the plug before plugging in. I can do everything from my phone but this helps.

Unfortunately when setting up somehow the old 48V inverter’s board fried after a firmware update so Current Connected is sending me a new control board.

I still need to put gym mat flooring under everything once I get it nice and clean. Also will be adding some wood and maybe some mini fans to help get some airflow incase I ever run the genny again.

I have room for at least 2 and maybe 4 more batteries in that bay without taking up room for my hot water heater which is going on the left side.

From here the power goes to my breaker panels AND I still have a 12V 5000w inverter which powers a few outlets and an AC unit. I can change the setting to pull 30amps from the 48V (like when plugged into shore) or I have its own shore plug still in the front of my coach so I can get tons of power coming in if I have 2 pedestals. The 12V inverter also still has 10kwh of EG4 batteries.

I added wiring between my panels so incase any issues I can connect everything to one or the other inverter quickly. Not sure if I can find a better solutions to quickly switch from using both to one or the other without multiple additional boxes.

Moved one of my cabinets in front of the others and moved the fridge to finally install the shower. Custom concrete shower pan turned out perfect. Hopefully tomorrow will get the Ditra membrane installed so I can start tiling. Planning on some small rectangle blueish square tiles going from the floor up the side wall and up the ceiling. Then the other sides with some larger tiles. Also planning on adding some fiber optic cables and doing some cool lighting in the tiling.

Interesting. I have never seen or heard of a mudset base on top of a presloped Kerdi base. Are you going to install Kerdi membrane over the base and curb?
