I didn’t use the presloped base just the kerdi flat board for the base, walls and ceiling. I figured the board would help against vibration and hold the base better. I cut the board and put that large linear drain in then silicone all the edges and everywhere just for added support.
Installing ditra membrane on top of everything and have their joint membrane strips too. Just unsure about at the actual linear drain as there isn’t really room so hopefully some silicone will be enough. The plan is to have the drain hidden and just no caulk on the drain lid so its removable.
The back wood is for plumbing for a w/d in back and any future wiring. Haven’t found the perfect tiles yet. Once the existing walls are tiled I’ll add the side wall and tile that one, then the plumbing, then a pocket door, then move the fridge, then build custom floor to ceiling pantry in the existing space.

Shower looks fantastic! Eventually I’d like to have mine remodeled.

Finally added a kitchen sink and dishwasher and added all plumbing.
Added 3 27in 4k monitors above the seats. Middle connects with the other TVs into the stereo while the other 2 connect to a laptop to display things like custom battery display and maybe weather or backup cams.
New powered smart blackout shade all hidden. Will get sides redone soon.
I’ll see how these screens look and feel while driving before I redo and make them perfectly even. Not sure if I want that panel tilted down or not.
Next steps:
Just got the 3rd gen starlink dish and will be installing on roof when mounts come in next week.
Water pump apparently is leaking, have 2 others so will get them swapped out and replaced with a large 2gal expansion tank.
Need to put pocket door between fridge and shower and custom pantry with microwave between fridge and counter.
Then hopefully I can work on my hexagon ceiling.

The shower worked out perfectly and no issues with tiles falling or anything else. The waterfall shower head uses too much water and will drain the 20gal water heater, but the other one is great.
I only put a couple small holes for the drain and it wasn’t draining fast enough and with the shower curb being so low water would fill up and leak out. The linear drain is long so I can easily add a bunch more. Now I have the sink and I added a 1.5in drain breather tube hopefully that fixes it.

Heading through Nashville, I couldn’t resist stopping at BusForSale(.com) and have them try to find some air leaks but primarily check out the issues with the generator mentioned in the generator topic. They found that the fan belt (I knew needed replacing but could not figure out how to access) was so worn it was not properly spinning the water pump. I was seconds from failing as they turned it inside out to check condition and it fell apart.
The owner came in to check the engine compartment for another reason and found the idler pulley for the alternator had fallen off (yes, the pin that holds the pulley in the mounting hole had fallen out and was sitting on the frame. This was the old style manual adjuster. They were able to go out into their yard and find all the parts necessary to install the auto adjuster hardware and we are back in business. I can’t imagine what a disaster this would have been had we not been at BusForSale as these parts are very scarce. It had happened in the previous leg of our trip as I visually check all the engine components before leaving every morning. We were simply very lucky and I want to thank BusForSale for their eagle eye and professional service.

I looked a ton on Busforsale when buying my Prevost and they have some great specialty coaches with great prices. Also their inspection reports seemed very detailed. And a reputable company. Never looked in person as I found the coach for me at Staley in Nashville and couldn’t be happier with their service.

Swapped out my tvs around the couch with 43″ Samsung frames. A bit odd when actually watching TV since only 1/3 the size but when displaying things vertically they look amazing. Gotta find some cool artwork or custom video or something to loop

Dont understand replacing the three belts with one. If the one of one breaks, youre done, if one of three breaks you can still go!

Engine driven Bendix Air compressor, Governor, Power Steering Pump, 24 Volt Alternator and two new Vanner 66-100 Equalizers. All completed today.

replaced our 24 year old fridge with a new one. hard to find exact size to fit cabinet, but got one. took out side window due to valence on windshield was in the way. prevost parts quoted me almost $900.00 plus crating and shipping for side glass but found their supplier in nj and got 2 for $950.00 delivered. i am also in the middle of a 2500 watt solar panel install with 2 new inverters and lithium batteries.

Well done Paul, 1200 to 2500 watts of Solar is a real good amount
