I had a Wilson Cellular Amplifier with a rooftop spring loaded antenna and an interior antenna installed in our Vantare and had the same installed in the Liberty. This system works flawlessly for us to enhance my 3G Sprint Hotspot which is an unlimited data service which is no longer available, they want me to upgrade to 4G but limit my data and sign a 2 year contract!

This gave us a full signal from Jeff’s shop 800+ miles to Lufkin,TX, missed a beat.

This works as well as my AT&T 4G does !

we installed a wilson booster as well and traveled the US for 14 months and only couldn’t get a signal two or three times… Be sure to specify what type of device and the carrier you are using. We we got ours they were specific to the carrier…. and were downward compatable… but you don’t want a 3g booster if you have or plan to get 4g. We had ours mounted in the bedroom closet which doubles as my office so it was easy to access if I had to reset it. We have a verizon 4g mifi and used it to connect to a wireless printer/scanner we traveled with as well.

Bill is right about the 3G and 4G being specific to the amplifier. I haven’t needed to use an antenna for my AT&T 4G LTE hotspot yet as it always seems to have a good signal where we go, but the “unlimited “3G Sprint is a little weaker and that’s when the antenna kicks in.

Call Wilson and they will tell you what you need specific to your needs.
