Finally got the headlight dilemma solved. Called Coachpro in Eugene OR which is fairly local for me. Coachpro has a reputation for doing quality Prevost repairs and upgrades for a reasonable price. Had them install a 35Watt high/low beam HID (Xenon) headlight kit from EXtreme HIDs. The kit is on sale for $600. After watching the install, am sure that mechanically inclined do-it-yourselfers could easily do the job. Am sorry I didn’t have the time to it myself. The toughest part of the project was getting the headlights adjusted again. I ended up making final adjustments on the road before I was satisfied.

FWIW in my opinion the combination of installing new Ford lense enclosures and the Xenon bulbs made a vast improvement in our headlights.

Had several cracked lenses on the overhead clearance lights on my 1991 coach and Prevost had a couple here and a couple there of the old ones and had to order from other Prevost Shops. They had 50 LED types in Houston Tx. store. Had Prevost Houston install all new LED ones and they did it for around 300 bucks when they did the Level 3. Thought that was pretty cheap and didn’t have to climb around on a ladder. Had to cut fiberglass openings larger to fit. Mucho brighter.

Did the mounting holes match the original spacing on the Marker side lights?

I got all new LED upper marker lights from a truck place that fit right in the original cut outs. Just used butt splicers to wire them in and good to go.

About 11 to 14 dollars each.

Bill should have them in his inventory, they were from TruckLite company.

Did not see the previous post above but those are the lights, 25250 R and Y.
