I think Mike and Lonestar are both offering valid suggestions.

I am going to assume a set of gauges are being used because this is a critical part of system analysis. To rule in or out the capacitor just swap one with a CA that is working.

Pressures are normal, i swapped out capacitors twice already with working ones even the relays and nothing I’m starting to think there is a clog somewhere and it’s building to much pressure on start up so the compressor over works and draws the heavy load

I’m with Mike in thinking expansion valve. With gauges on the system a problem with the expansion valve will show up as really high pressures.

Anyone know where I can purchase replacement valves?

My guess is any refrigeration supply house. Some of them need to see your credentials if you are buying refrigerant, but they can and will sell other parts with no problem. They typically cater to the trade only, but I have never had issues with getting parts.

I have a set of used ones that are on a unit I removed from my coach. They were working when I removed it… I will ship them to you if you can’t locate a set.
