It was on a Saturday.

Since it was my second time to use the card, I was confused on why it would not work at the pump (kept giving me an error message). The girl at the counter said that you must use the Love rewards card first, maybe, it’s just that station?

I know everybody says it’s not suppose to work that way but that’s what happened.

I won’t be going back to that Loves. I can go to a Flying J or Pilot. I’m assuming my non ‘L’ card will work there.

Mark,

I do get the “L” card to work at Love’s without using the Love’s Reward Card.

BUT, the first time I used my “L” card, I got the Driver and Unit numbers mixed up. Fortunately, it was a work day. I reached Alica on the phone and got it straighten up right away, fueled and left with my 10 cent discount.

Profit Tools issues two cards, they write an ‘L’ on one card with a black sharpie pen. That card is used only at Love’s stations. The other card is used everywhere else.
